Sacramento and the King's owner has given up on a new arena. Has anyone heard the rumor about the King's moving to another city? Perhaps San Diego---especially with the majority owner of the Valley View Arena being owned by AEG? The current lease on the city-owned land expires in a few years, ripe for redevelopment there, or AEG putting in a new Arena next to the convention center downtown.

Wrong Kings. I want hockey in SD again I don't. Hockey sucks and I write that as someone who watched Hockey Night in Canada every Saturday night on Kingston, OT on Channel 11 when I was a kid. It sucks because it's become the WWE on ice. My wife's family name is Geoffrion, look it up if you don't know who "Boom Boom" was, and her father and his 3 brothers gave up on hockey because they hated how violent hockey became. There was a time, when I was young, that hockey was a sport. Now it's nothing more than mugging. There's nothing left other than fights and fans such as you who like watching them. =Bob

And maybe give the sport a chance again. You quit watching when there was an average of over a fight per game. It is now down to .44. Fighting is closer to what it was when boom boom played, except nobody has tin foil under their gloves any more, and the referees step in quicker to break it up
