Well, in my mid Sixties, I think that is a good picture of me. Taken last night at the Padres game. Notice the golden skin. I always turn golden brown during the summer. As a GermanMexicanAmerican I have found the right place to live in the world. I love the sun and have to live near large bodies of water for recreation purposes.
All the other places that I have lived have faults.
Samoa was too hot and humid.
Chicago was too humid when it was hot and too windy when it was cold.
San Francisco's alternative life style culture was too radical for me, though I really liked the girls there forty years ago when I was a young man.
All along the East Coast sucks. Either too many people or too many hurricanes.
Mexico is now a high crime area, senseless crime at that.
Europe was too cultured for me.

What I want to know is why they did not use me for my beer commercials. They put that actor in to pretend that he lived MY life. I am the most interesting man in the world and all my women know it. Now, as regards further photos, I have a bunch up on Facebook in my photos section. I clicked on the checkbox that makes them available as I did on Photobucket. As for your pics, do I need to be on Facebook to access? I'm not a Facebook person. John, go on Facebook if you want to see videos of all of the bands of the 1960's. There is a site called Oldies Videos that I just love. I have mentioned it before on this site. Go on Facebook as John U Pal or whatever you want. You will love the Oldies Videos. As far as I can see Facebook is just fun. |

Meanwhile, here is a telling photo of me at the age of one. The photo of my mother is the worst ever taken of her, but my fathers first three daughters from his first three marriages are in it. Argene, Sherri and Lorelei (My full blooded sister) and the future Aztec Joe are the children. Notice that even then I had my right fist ready to sucker punch any fool who might try to take away my bottle.  |
