Top 110 prospects in the minor leagues. Team | Players | Padres | 9 | BlueJays | 8 | Rockies | 6 | Cardinals | 6 | Yankees | 5 | Twins | 5 | Royals | 5 | Rays | 5 | Reds | 4 | Rangers | 4 | Pirates | 4 | Nationals | 4 | Mariners | 4 | Diamondbacks | 4 | Brewers | 4 | RedSox | 3 | Orioles | 3 | Mets | 3 | Dodgers | 3 | Cubs | 3 | Braves | 3 | Astros | 3 | Angels | 3 | Tigers | 2 | Marlins | 2 | Athletics | 2 | Phillies | 1 | Indians | 1 | Giants | 1 | White Sox | 0 |
Padres have more prospects in the top 110 than any other team.

I love sitting at home gushing over this stuff instead of actually having a team in the playoffs to root for.

I love sitting at home gushing over this stuff instead of actually having a team in the playoffs to root for. Great. I like your attitude. Take what you can get As you watch the teams in the playoffs note that many of them were touting their minor leagues a few years ago. Milwaukee, Arizona, and Tampa Bay most specifically.

deepleagues.com Who knows. But I didn't cherry pick that site. I found it because it was linked on the other site that I linked for the top 20 prospects from Baseball America. It was just in a really good format that allowed couting of the teams via Excel easily. It is a fantasy keeper league web site. Those guys are serious.

player development is always the key. We have a ton of pitching in AA. Lets hope these young kids can weather the minor leagues.
Anybody have an idea of what the Padres new uni's are going to look like?
