Radical Islam at its ground roots. Buddhists are infidels to Islam. So they behead grandpa and a nine year old boy in front of the family. Then they hanged or beheaded the rest of his family elsewhere. Yet another example of Muslim on Buddhist violence in a country where Muslims are only a small minority. barenakedislam.wordpress.com/2011/05/09/thailand-muslims-behead-a-9-year-old-boy-warning-graphic-images/In 400 AD over a quarter of the population of Iran (Persia) were Jews. They had all of their centers for learning in Persia. These were the foundations of the modern world College and University systems. In 2011 only a few thousand Jews are left in Iran. An estimated 12 to 15 million Jews were killed in Iran in similar manner as the buddhists in Thailand. This happened over 1500 years. Convert or be killed. Most Jews refused to turn their backs on JHVH and were killed because of their faith.

It isn't Islamophobia when they really ARE trying to kill you.
Honest!

HISTORY:
When the Islamic hordes were rapidly expanding in the seventh and eighth century, many people came under the direct governance of Muslims. These peoples belonged to different religions, races, ethnicities, etc.
If the hypothesis that "Muslims are required to eradicate non-Muslims or "infidels" was correct, then a pattern of deliberate extermination, forced conversions, and/or expulsion would have been observed throughout the history of Islam and that is exactly what has happened whenever Islamics purists have risen to the fore.
MUSLIM MURDER COMMANDS
Mohammad taught Muslims to murder Jews.
Sahih Bukhari Hadith Volume 4, Book 52, Number 176: Narrated by 'Abdullah bin 'Umar: Allah's Apostle said, "You (i.e. Muslims) will fight with the Jews till some of them will hide behind stones. The stones will (betray them) saying, 'O 'Abdullah (i.e. slave of Allah)! There is a Jew hiding behind me; so kill him.'" Sahih Bukhari Hadith Volume 4, Book 52, Number 177: Narrated by Abu Huraira: Allah's Apostle said, "The Hour will not be established until you fight with the Jews, and the stone behind which a Jew will be hiding will say. "O Muslim! There is a Jew hiding behind me, so kill him."
Mohammad taught Muslims to murder non-Muslims.
Qur'an 2:191: And kill them wherever you find them, and drive them out from whence they drove you out, and persecution is severer than slaughter, and do not fight with them at the Sacred Mosque until they fight with you in it, but if they do fight you, then slay them; such is the recompense of the unbelievers.
Mohammad taught Muslims to murder people who left Islam.
Qur'an 4:089: They desire that you should disbelieve as they have disbelieved, so that you might be (all) alike; therefore take not from among them friends until they fly (their homes) in Allah's way; but if they turn back, then seize them and kill them wherever you find them, and take not from among them a friend or a helper.
Mohammad taught Muslims to murder people they did not trust.
Qur'an 4:091: You will find others who desire that they should be safe from you and secure from their own people; as often as they are sent back to the mischief they get thrown into it headlong; therefore if they do not withdraw from you, and (do not) offer you peace and restrain their hands, then seize them and kill them wherever you find them; and against these We have given you a clear authority.
Mohammad taught Muslims to murder people they thought to be idolaters.
Qur'an 9:005: So when the sacred months have passed away, then slay the idolaters wherever you find them, and take them captives and besiege them and lie in wait for them in every ambush, then if they repent and keep up prayer and pay the poor-rate, leave their way free to them; surely Allah is Forgiving, Merciful.
Mohammad taught Muslims to murder people if they thought it was a just cause.
Qur'an 17:033: And do not kill any one whom Allah has forbidden, except for a just cause, and whoever is slain unjustly, We have indeed given to his heir authority, so let him not exceed the just limits in slaying; surely he is aided.
Note: Murder is the major unspoken pillar of Islam.
This explains why there are Muslims who are making bombs and detonating them around the world in trains, planes and buses. Every day, people are beheaded to the glory of Allah and the world goes on in total ignorance. After all the ignorant reason, "It isn't me or my family, so I have nothing to worry about." Of course, it could be you or you family in the near future.

A lot of Christians see all of this killing as a fulfillment of Christian Prophecy in Revelation. "Then I beheld the souls of those who were beheaded for their testimony of the Word of God, and they cried, 'How long, oh Lord, doest thou fail to avenge our deaths on them that dwell on the Earth?"
Who else beheads people for their Christian testimony but Islam?
Shortly after that Jesus comes to Earth and wipes the place slick.
As I tell my Christian friends, the Bible clearly points out that Jesus is mad as hell at Islam and he is personally coming back to wipe them all out. The reason as stated is the beheading of Christians for holding true to their faith when they are being beheaded by Islam for their faith in Christ.

Man that video is disturbing! Did CNN report on that?
I don't think Rev. is talking about Islam. But I hope those murderers get justice and the murdered mercy.

We are very naive about what Islam is all about. This kind of sick event seems to not make our news. We just don't seems to get what the goals of Islam really are. Not only that, we do nothing much about what we do catch on to.

Draw you're own conclusions, but the problem is religion. Not -a- religion. www.nytimes.com/2011/07/24/world/europe/24oslo.html?pagewanted=all"The Norwegian man charged Saturday with a pair of attacks in Oslo that killed at least 92 people left behind a detailed manifesto outlining his preparations and calling for a Christian war to defend Europe against the threat of Muslim domination, according to Norwegian and American officials familiar with the investigation." "The police identified him as a right-wing fundamentalist Christian, while acquaintances described him as a gun-loving Norwegian obsessed with what he saw as the threats of multiculturalism and Muslim immigration."

Wacko Nut Cases abound in the world. I know of nothing in Christianity that teaches men to do what he did. Islam, on the other hand, does teach the killing of all who are not followers of Islam. Their final prophecy for the end of the world is that the Islamics will finally be killing off all the people who have not converted. The Christian prophecy for the end of the world will be that Christians will be beheaded for their testimony and will be slaughtered by the forces of Satan just before God comes back to Earth. Very passive on the part of the Christians. They are not called to violence.

Right, the problem is religion, because the non-religious never commit mass murder. Ted Bundy, Stalin, Mao, etc, etc... But what is funny (or not so), is that he was not a FUNDAMENTALIST CHRISTIAN. Just because a police chief says it, doesn't make it so. Like I asked somewhere else: Do you think he was some Fundamentalist Christian that was motivated to go kill innocent people in the name of Jesus? That is, his fundamental THEOLOGY was motivating his actions? What Church did he attend? Not that a fundamentalist Christian couldn't do something like that. Like said above, there are nut cases in every large group.

A religion, or faction of a certain religiuon that promotes death to non-believers is nothing more than a terrorist group and should be dealt with accordingly.

While I do agree with the tone of your comment, the last sentence struck me as odd... "A religion [...] that promotes death to non-believers is nothing more than a terrorist group and should be dealt with accordingly." I assume by "dealt with accordingly", you mean killed.

However, my personal belief is that wars over who has the right version of the creation story are bad for humanity. This particular thread started off with very pointed accusations against one particular religion. I was pointing out that religious extremism exists in all religions, and regardless of what a man (like you and me) wrote down in a book 2000 years ago, the meaning of all religions is non-violent. But violence manifests itself, in all religions, when fighting starts between the two. If you want to claim everyone who is Islam is violent, extremist, or just generally harbor ill will to non-believers, I would point out that A. you are wrong, and B. it is a very hypocritical stance. But yes, unfortunately christianity specifically is just as violent:: Old Testament - Genocide in Book of Deuteronomy (you should read this one, its a goody) 16 Howbeit of the cities of these peoples, that the LORD thy God giveth thee for an inheritance, thou shalt save alive nothing that breatheth, 17 but thou shalt utterly destroy them: the Hittite, and the Amorite, the Canaanite, and the Perizzite, the Hivite, and the Jebusite; as the LORD thy God hath commanded thee; 18 that they teach you not to do after all their abominations, which they have done unto their gods, and so ye sin against the LORD your God. {S} But apart from various bible excerpts, there are practical examples as well - the crusades and the inquisition come to mind.

I agree we shouldn't fight wars over the creation story. Don't know anyone who wants to. No one is claiming EVERYONE in Islam is violent. But right now, there is a large group that is violent. And it is coming from one religion, not all religions. You're right, Christianity has been violent. But currently, that is not the issue at all. (BTW when you are looking at history, it is a good idea to put things in there historical context. Not that that would excuse everything that has been done in the name of Christianity). You're right, in the Old Testament, God used the nation of Israel to judge the other nations. Later, he would use other nations to judge Israel. If you are really serious about understanding Christianity, in regards to Old Testament, here is a good start: "Is God a Moral Monster? Making sense of the Old Testament God" by Paul Copan.

Islam is a religion built on throat slitting and human blood sacrifice to Allah, the Moon God. The religion teaches that lying at all times is perfectly acceptable to Allah as long as it advances Islam the Throat Slitting Religion. Past murders of one Semitic tribe over other Semitic tribes does not exonerate the followers of Islam. Stating it as such does not make sense. Mankind has been killing mankind for all of recorded history. The Jews even listed their crimes in the Bible. It still does not make it right even if it happened thousands of years ago. It was just as wrong then as it is now.

Yearts ago IU lived in the desert and would often find on my doorstep in the morning a green mojave rattle snake warming up. I used to use a lon push broom to sweep him off as he was slow from not being warmed up.
Then one day he almosrt nailed me when I got in my car, I blew his head off with a 45 commnder with s a snake rund and from that point onward any rattler in my five acres was hat band, The same way I feel about muslims stay in your hole.
