More of the same from the 'haters'. We disagree with Barack Obama's policies and we are therefore automatically "haters." Well, that makes perfect sense. AzWm

God, it's really sad to see this crap on here. The right-wing idiots have lost. Figure it out - The Shrub didn't track down Osama. The Shrub said he didn't have any reason to bother with Osama. The Shrub decided that it was more important to invade Iraq, a country with huge oil because he was an idiot who did what Cheney and the other oil interests told him what to do.
Doesn't really matter - the simple fact is that the Republicants tried to claim Obama was weak on terrorism, claimed that he wasn't born in this country, claimed that he was a secret Muslim and now you've lost on all of those points because Obama got permission to release his long form birth certificate and he was a leader by taking a gambler's chance and killed that mother fu@ker.
The Republicants have nothing left - if they did they would offer bills that would boost jobs instead of repeating canards about how cutting taxes for the rich will somehow create jobs. All the republicants have left is a dying party with its base in an ignorant, uneducated south - in short, the same base the Confederacy had when it convinced poor farm kids to go to war in 1861 while the plantation owners stayed home.

Just how can a person think you know and understand anything about any subject after you post such complete nonsense?

That does not imply much, but then I think the same thing and will also let that opinion be backed up with only the prima facie evidence around us. $4 gas and 9% unemployment are facts and Obama's inability to make any headway on either problem seems to back up what she thinks and what I think. Now what would you offer to support a possible placement right behind Carter.

Obama seeks to transform the U.S. into a quasi-socialist country along the lines of a Sweden or Netherlands. If one is a collectivist who yearns for such an outcome, one will probably think that Obama is just great. That opinion will be even stronger among those who believe that the U.S. is so morally flawed that it should largely retreat from the international stage.
On the other hand, if one believes that the U.S. is better off with a government that does not seek to right every wrong, a government that adheres strictly to the concept of limited, enumerated powers (i.e. one that follows the U.S. Constitution), one will think Obama is a serious threat to the wellbeing of America.
Who Obama is personally (race, place of birth, favorite sport, etc.) is of little importance by comparison with those other factors.

Obama seeks to transform the U.S. into a quasi-socialist country along the lines of a Sweden or Netherlands. Obamacare is nothing that a Republican governor didn't already initiate in Massachusetts. And the bailouts were deemed necessary by a number of conservative economists as a means of keeping America from going into a full-blown depression. If you have any other support for the argument above, I'm willing to hear it. However, until then, I'll continue to think the conclusion you make is based solely upon your own philosophical blinders. BTW, Mike Leach loved the Ayn Rand flick. Of course, Leach is a Mormon and those guys aren't exactly known for being toward the political middle.

BTW, Mike Leach loved the Ayn Rand flick. Of course, Leach is a Mormon and those guys aren't exactly known for being toward the political middle. I like ideas that work well, regardless of their origin. As I see it, ObamaCare was badly designed and will do far more harm than good. The fact that so many groups have asked for and been granted waivers to avoid abiding by the law is a clear indication that something is seriously wrong with it. I hope I'm wrong, but what I know about the law points to that conclusion. Yes, Romney signed into law the Massachusetts health care reform and that fact is the biggest obstacle standing in the way of his being nominated. I guess liberals think that RomneyCare has worked just fine, but apparently it is costing a bundle and fewer and fewer doctors are willing to take new patients. One of the strengths of a federal republic is that the several states can experiment and we can then see how those experiments turn out. RomneyCare appears to be a cautionary tale.(Another state, I think it may have been Tennessee, tried something similar a few years ago. The thing caused so many problems that it was repealed.) Anyway, conservatives do not like RomneyCare and many of them may not support the governor because of it. My opposition to ObamaCare is largely based on what I read about socialized medicine in other countries. ObamaCare clearly is headed down the same road. If anyone here thinks that the more the govt. controls the health care sector the better, I would be interested in hearing a detailed explanation of that position. AzWm

How much will the Feds set the HIT on wages and net profits??
Osama ran for Prez saying he'd get us out of Afghanistan in six months, and this week he sez he wants the troops out by 2014.
He should move to England and hole up with the Queen 'cause he is a royal jerk.
