Norv has NO excuse for this team getting out of the gate slow this year with 3 of the first 4 at home. He should be embarrased with anything less than 3-1 after those 4.

Unfortunately for us fans there is no pressure on Norv as long as AJ is in charge and doesn't change or adapt certain elements of his personality. He made it clear today in the UT that loyalty is one of the utmost traits he cherishes. Not competence, nor achievement, but loyalty. That says it all for me in my book. AJ won't demand achievement or success, but he will demand loyalty. We've seen how that turned out, so far. UT also says Spanos to take over GM duties in 2014. That means at least three more years of Norv, minimum.

Not that McShay or Kiper are always right but I'd look at their guides as a reference point and compare their success to A.J.'s. Stubbornness is his biggest weakness.
