Interesting! I wonder how often a discharge petition succeeds.
Getting rid of ObamaCare, or even modifying it in any significant way, will be very, very difficult. The Democrats, at least most of them, believe that they would suffer a huge defeat were ObamaCare to be repealed or modified. They will fight like a mama lion protecting her cubs. Such an effort by the GOP (plus a few allies) would be daunting. Something like trying to dislodge dug-in Japanese soldiers on Iwo Jima or Okinawa in 1945. In short, it would be ugly.
And what would happen if the petition succeeded and the House voted to repeal? The Senate wouldn't go along (the GOP will come close to taking the Senate but will fall short) and Obama would veto if it did.

ObamaCare should be repealed to end the massive subsidy of the healthcare insurance industry. Replace it with true nationalized healthcare for all legal residents.

Repeal and replace on an incremental basis. No one payer system can work any better than England or Canada and we don't want rationing by lack of supply.
