KL just said he plans on being back next year. Dont hold him to that. And dont hate him if he doesnt come back anyone can "plan" anything. Plus its just the right thing for him to say right now. no reason for him to talk about any of his personal future plans when the team is in this type of situation. hopefully he does come back. but if he is going to be a lottery pick, theres a good chance he will be gone. But also, we dont know the type of person kawhi is. we dont know what his goals and priorities are. theres some college players who understand college sports and the excitement that comes with it and they want to experience it and get the most of it. Like andrew luck at stanford..no rush to go pro

I'm not holding him to it. I was simply relaying what he said on XX. Until this morning I haven't read or heard what his thoughts were on the subject.

I'm enjoying him while he's here and Leonard and his family seem like the type of people that will make the right choice.

They are really pimping the Aztecs. Including an interview with Lindley and Aztec football.

Apparently there are still tickets available and there was no need to wait in line for 24 hours. Still love the enthusiasm though!

Apparently there are still tickets available and there was no need to wait in line for 24 hours. Still love the enthusiasm though! ya i heard it wasnt a good showing this week. but also thats comparing to last week when there was well over 3,000. today i heard there was roughly 1,000 students there. so plenty of tickets left. But thats dedication and school spirit for the ones who did wait in line.

I said that there are college athletes out there who love the college game and who dont want to leave early no matter how high they are projected (andrew luck). They know that these college days are limited and that theres nothiing else like it. so nonsense about what?

Rocky Long was on and said he was able to get second row seats when he first got there but now he has to beg his way into Viejas and hang out in standing room only.

maybe you misread what i said. read it over again. I said that there are college athletes out there who love the college game and who dont want to leave early no matter how high they are projected (andrew luck). They know that these college days are limited and that theres nothiing else like it. so nonsense about what? I read it fine thank you and it's total nonsense. 1. You don't know that Luck is staying in college because he loves his college days and there is nothing else like it. He might of said something to that effect when he decided to return to Stanford but you yourself said that college players shouldn't be held to what they say if it's the right thing to say at the time. But you're right I guess, Luck just wanted to enjoy his last year of college and the specter of an NFL lockout had nothing to do with it. 2. We get it. Every Aztec fan wants Kawhi to play for the Aztecs for as long as possible. The thing that really chaps me is all of these posters who want to be Kawhi's life coach. It's Kawhi's decision, not ours. Kawhi has done nothing but be a great representative for the school and a great teammate but we are already starting to see the backhanded swipes at his "priorities", "maturity", "strength", and any other trait that they want to short sell him on. It's ridiculous and he doesn't deserve it. Kawhi Leonard != Marcus Slaughter I will support Kawhi's decision 100% and hope that no matter what he chooses, he does great.

It's ridiculous and he doesn't deserve it. Kawhi Leonard != Marcus Slaughter I will support Kawhi's decision 100% and hope that no matter what he chooses, he does great. wow dude. hostility huh? but you are right, you did read it "right". you read it the way you wanted to read it and not the actual truth behind it. thats why i told you to re read it, cause you clearly taking it wrong. Please show me quotes where i was telling kawhi what to do? or what he should do or what kind of person he is from whichever decision he makes....you cant can you? I support kawhi 100% too. I want him to come back. everyone does. But if he doesnt, thats perfectly fine with me. its an opportunity he shouldnt pass up. its his decision not ours. and we shouldnt add any criticism to it. all i am saying is that people looking at things differently. Some want to stay in college longer to cherrish those moments. some want to pursue pro ball. why are you making it out as if im bashing kawhi? really? again, re read what i said. I never said kawhi should come back. Im actually the one that said kawhi shouldnt pass up the opportunity of being a lottery pick. I said some people have no problem leaving college ball early and others want to stay another year or two regardless if they are going to be a high pick and guaranteed millions. thats all im saying man, no need to flip stuff around and make me out to be a bad guy. im sorry that your day might have got off to a bad start but no need to falsely accusing someone of something they didnt do. So ya you obviously did misread my post or atleast take it differently than what i was actually saying. WOW good job on that one dude. you are bashing a guy who is completely 100% on your side and has the same perspective. just take a breather bud, you totally just flipped all that around and scrambled things up and mis read what i was saying it is true, there are people on here who will bash the guy for leaving early. Im not one of them. But they way you responded to my post, you made me out to be one of them. thats why i said to re read it, cause nothing in my post was hinting that. and yah luck is staying partially because of the lockout possibly happening. that played a role in it. but also, he comes from a very wealthy family. theres no rush for him to jump to the nfl. He even stated that he wants to stay in college another year to be with his gf and to play college football. And yes the lockout did play a role but not a big one. its just something that made his decision easier. there are people out there who have no problem putting off going pro for another year to stay in college and experience college. big time players do it every single year. but whichever decisions they make are THEIR decisions and no one elses and they dont warrant any criticism. I apologize for typing something to confuse you to the point where you take things completely out of context and think that im a bad person
