Hopefully someone who knows something about our team, and is not an Imbicile!

"The rest of the regular season will be on The Mtn. except for the nationally televised CBS broadcast of the Feb. 26 game against BYU. CBS will be sending its top production team to that game, with Verne Lundquist and Clark Kellogg announcing."

The Mtn certainly has two imbiciles posted to call the Aztec games. They selected very offensive anti-Aztecs, like always.
Damn the people at the Mtn.
I am sure, CBS will want to get two sour p*****s to mouth off how the "Aztecs have never...", "This is the first time the Aztecs have...", "Here's an okay player in Bobby White at forward...", "San Diego is looking like a good mid-major after those four straight slam dunks...",
Okay. You're turn.

Bitter? Is that German?
Yes. Very bitter and so is the rest of Southern California. I have people every day tell me how fustrating it is that they can't get the Aztecs on TV. The Aztec media dept., the MWC, the MTN, the lalaland media all are not showing the Aztecs to 80 percent of Southern California.
SDSU is getting hosed.
I meet three times a week minimum with three different USC grads who really want to watch our Aztecs, and THEY say it, "The media and the leagues are screwing the Aztecs."
Bitter?
To say the least.

I don't think ol' Verne -- or Clark, for that matter -- has ever been west of the Mississippi, has he? They both might need a Wiki for "Things West of the Continental Divide: Space Needle, Goden Gate, Yosemite, Hollywood Sign, SDSU"
I have no problem with them calling the game. They "play in Peoria" and, obviously, in SEC/ACC territory. If we give a good accounting of our school that day, they'll do right by us.

Too bad General Robert Montgomery Knight doesn't work for CBS. Would love to have him do the color commentary for the game.

I worked at CBS during my younger days and worked as Verne's assistant and he is as nice and genuine a guy as you'll come across. He will treat the Aztec nation well and do us a solid by saying good thing about our program.

I felt the way he and his partner called that game was very fair, balanced and complimentary to our team.

Ted Robinson. That is my guess and preference. He has called a number of our games this season including vs. Cal & BYU.

Verne called our game against Tennessee as well. Lundquist and Bill Raftery called the Tennessee game last year and IMO did a good job.

Ya well I live in San Diego and have to go places to watch away games because Time Warner is the WORST.
