would guess that the Lobos would take them both back or are starting an additional fund to keep them or there could be new shows--- Portaling For Dollars or NIL or No NIL 27,000 posts later... and Stan has finally made me laugh... in a good way! That's because you're finally laughing WITH him instead of AT him. That's a very important prepositional distinction.

Braxton Meah, a towering 7'1" 250 lb Center born in Fresno, attended college at Fresno State and Washington, has entered the transfer portal. Known for his defense, he earned recognition as an All-Pac-12 defensive player and served as a starter during the 22/23 season. Despite transitioning to a part-time starter role in the 23/24 season, Meah boasts an impressive track record, having started 47 of 63 games during his tenure at U Dub. On the court, he's been a consistent force, averaging 5.3 points per game and 5.3 rebounds per game while shooting an impressive 77% from the floor, playing injured much of the year. I think I read he signed with Nebraska in the Big X.

what are the thoughts on the best additions for players coming into the MW from the Portal Let's hold off until the NBA's early entry deadline on May 29th. Nevada has bolstered its roster with quality and quantity players, and UNM and SDSU are looking strong too. UNLV has NIL Money, and Utah State and Colorado State are building now.

How does this happen to a conference with 6 teams in the Tournament?
MWC MBB 2024 Awards:
Head Coach of the Year: Danny Sprinkle, Utah State to Washington Player of the Year: Great Osobor, Utah State to TBD (in the portal) Defensive POY: Lamont Butler, SDSU to Kentucky 6th Man of the Year: Josh Uduje, Utah State to TBD (in the portal) Freshman of the Year: JT Toppin, New Mexico to TBD (in the portal)
Transfer out: 60+ Transfer in: 28

Did the 6 MWC teams do so badly because they had lousy seeds or did they have lousy seeds because they just weren't that good to begin with? The only two MWC teams with better seeds than their initial opponents were SDSU and Utah State, both of whom won their opening games. At least the MWC got 10 MM credits this year (about $20,000,000),or about $1,818,000 per school over a 6 year period. That's most likely the most we'll all be getting for quite a while. With 6 teams getting in, it will be disgusting if the majority of the conference decides to still play the 20-game MWC schedule next year, especially with all of those 6 teams knowing that it will be that much more difficult to get into MM if we do. I rarely expect the conference to do anything remotely beneficial to us so I'm expecting us to play those stupid 20 conference games next year.

while I agree that it would be helpful to play the 18 game schedule but if they make the decision to go with 20 as long as they let Dutcher know soon enough he can make the adjustments in scheduling - more important is finding out about that OOC T and the dates .

Of course the numbers are always inflated by a few inches as we all know DT was not 5’-10”.

I am curious to see who the Aztecs land as a PF, in the transfer market.
