Read the 10 Nuremberg Code parts as the basis for my comment. 1930s Germany medically experimented on the people of Germany. Nuremberg trials in the 1940s banned that practice in any country while executing the 10-12 violators in Germany. Forcing people to take any medical procedure that injuries or kills the medical takers without informed consent and being voluntary is a crime. The punishment for violating the Nuremberg Code are crimes against humanity with violators getting the death penalty. All 10 Nuremberg Code parts apply to the covid vaccines.

Because of a Freedom of Information Act request in obtaining their emails, the CDC Chief walensky and fauci knew in Jan. 2021 that the covid vaccines didn't work (getting covid after being covid vaccinated) while pushing takers to still take them. That is criminal worthy of a Nuremberg Trial, conviction and the death penalty sentence. People having covid vaccines side effects including deaths listed on VAERS was the No.1 reason why I refused to take them.

Attorney Robert Barnes knows what he is talking about. There was a conversation with Barnes and Jones during the 1st hour of Alex Jones show Sunday. The conversation is that the president whether it be clinton, obama, biden and Trump can decide what to do with documents AFTER serving as president. Taking the decision from Trump only is a violation of separation of powers given to any president. Trump can release the info in documents including Iran to the American public and make comments against the deep state. Only the ex presidents can be in possession of said documents outside Washington D.C. The biden issue is that he took documents as senator or vice president and found in 4 different unsecured locations when combined is criminal. Too many people get it wrong listening to the lamestream liberal media.

The Supreme Court made two rulings, one in 2012 via Amy Berman Jackson for clinton in the sock drawer case. The other case is the 1998 Department of the Navy against Egan. The court ruled for Egan using Article II Section II of the U.S. Constitution. The Presidential Records Act allows Trump to have any documents. The jack smith indictment violates both of those Supreme Court rulings. Trump is correct to not get into a conflict with iran that mark milley wanted and to tell the American people.

Bologna Sandwich! h. rotten felon clindone should have been indicted for destroying emails under a Congressional subpoena with bleach bit. That was never resolved in a court. Now a top doj personnel Jeffrey Clark said the doj being the source of the leak is grounds for the Trump indictment to be dismissed. On paragraph 6 on page 3 of this bogus Trump indictment, it states that Trump was opposed to the Mark Miley plan to invade Iran. The Trump indictment is a political persecution and election interference. There is no evidence against Trump. On the other hand, the biden bank records prove he committed bribery with China, Romania and Ukraine. biden should be impeached for high crimes and misdemeanors and then indicted for bribery.

Mr. smith is not the man people here thought he was. smith is accused of violating Trump's attorney-client privilege and seeking privileged communications with his line of questions to the grand jury and stating Trump is guilty. Any person can state they are innocent in a court of law and to a grand jury without consequences which is a constitutional right. Trump saying he is innocent is one reason smith is trying to charge Trump. Prosecutor misconduct by smith is why Trump will be found innocent or have charges dropped via mistrial.

Barr is a disgrace just like justice Juan Merchan. Various media outlets are reporting that Merchan made donations to stop the republicans and biden for president and should recuse himself from being the justiceā¹ in the trump case. The other reason is this just us daughter, chief operating officer of Authentic Campaigns, has a financial interest in the outcome of the Trump case. Trump lawyers filed that motion for merchan recusal.

Prosecutor misconduct is why charges get dropped while being thrown out. No major news outlet reported this Rosenberg news including nbc that I block.
