If he's not an Aztec next year, I hope he somehow winds-up a Timberwolf ... though neither selfish option is looking too good at the moment.

What exactly is a Lottery Pick... I thought a lottery pick was one of the top 4 players drafted. The show they do on ESPN with the ping-pong balls based on the record of the teams. So and so gets 5 balls, this team gets 4 balls, that team gets 3 balls...and a "lottery" is created based on that. Somewhere in this thread I read the top 14 are considered "lottery picks" Just wondering if Lottery Picks are Top 4 or Top 14 or... Top 14. There are 30 NBA teams. 16 of them make the playoffs. All 14 teams that miss the playoffs have an opportunity to get the #1 overall pick. Basically, the team with the worst record has the most ping pong balls (and thus, the best chance of getting the #1 pick), and the number of ping pong balls decreases as they move through the 14 non-playoff teams. That is the lottery. Thus, any player selected with one of those 14 picks is a "lottery pick".

I support Kawhi no matter what decision he chooses to make. A great team player that by all accounts, has done everything asked of him.
Whenever he enters the draft, I hope he does very well in the Association.

Thanks "Zuma" But damn.... I didn't think he had a shot in hades of going Top 4...but Top 14 maybe He should certainly go if he's there, but hope Fisher was serious when he said if he's not a Lottery Pick he's staying an Aztec!

Kawhi needs another year. He's not ready. HAM That's something I was just going to ask. Personally, I think he is ready talent wise. What I wouldn't give to have that type of athlete playing for us; and you guys have several of them, somehow that just isn't fair. However; I do agree with you that another year would probably be in his best interest, unless we're talking financial interests then I refrain from an opinion.
