I believe a lot of Aztecs fans would be williing to donate some money to buy a new street name and pay for filing the paper work to make it official. Considering the current state of the football budget at SDSU, I think the sewer money might find better life as a donation to the Aztec Club. This. Get even by becoming a big time program (with your generous donations) and kick their ass while we are climbing the mountain.

hooter...You need to move on. Use all that hateful energy towards something productive. The job came sooner than he planned. He was UPFRONT with Weber that he jump, if/when that job was ever offered The timing is always awful regarding how in coincides with recruiting deadlines. He DID NOT cheat us out of a dime. Of course he sounds the same a MI as he did here. He sounded exactly the same at Ball St. too! He put SDSU on the map of relevance again. We should be thankful for that, happy for him, and then BEAT HIM in September. +1

Some of the posters here are an embarrassment.
Brady Hoke deserves our thanks.
Thanks Coach Hoke for:
1 The best Aztec football season in DECADES. 2. Making SDSU football relevant again instead of the joke it was. 3. Changing the culture from soft to tough. 4. Hiring Rocky Long.

Some of the posters here are an embarrassment. Some of the posters on here are total assholes. They are "Peggy" and are total buffoons. =Bob Mod's note - No need to call anyone an asshole. Personal insults like that are not necessary.

--my sentiments exactly 99.9999% of the posts on this site are intelligent, straight to the point, relevant to the issues, unscathing and unemotional; which is precisely why i read the comments that are put down here from all the fantasy coaches/players/administrators/fans

Just watch, some day this guy will be a legend in football and we will all brag about he was a SDSU guy. You mean like right after the Poinsettia Bowl?

I really didn't have a problem with Brady Joke going somewhere else but it was the things that he said and did that was low class. During his press conference he said that he would've walked from San Diego to get the job at Michigan. So he was basically implying that SDSU was a nobody and that he was in a hurry to get the fug outta here. Also, did you guys see those crocodile tears that he was shedding at the end of the Michshitgan conference. This dude is as fake as JWOWW breasts. It really should have never surprised you guys. Hoke was born and raises in Ohio yet grew up rooting for Michigan. I mean the guys old man even played for Woody Hayes. Guy was basically a traitor from the day he was born just like that cock sucker Schembechler.

It really should have never surprised you guys. Hoke was born and raises in Ohio yet grew up rooting for Michigan. But can you explain hoke's interest in Minnesota? I'd imagine it's the dollar signs that would have made him interested. Minny is trying to up their game and spend like the big boys, just built that new stadium, got Tubby Smith for basketball, wanted to get a big named hire for football. Keep in mind that this is a coach that bailed on his alma mater (Ball State) to come coach you guys. Imagine if he was one of your ALUMS and jetted on you. Loyalty doesn't seem to be this guys strong suit. He's a front runner that will coach for the highest bidder.

I mean football coaches aren't really known for being intellectuals. Football is a game of copycat's sport, there are very few actual innovators of the game, most just learn what they know scheme wise from someone else. There is not really any evidence that I've seen that Hoke is a great innovator when it comes to football, but he is a good recruiter and seems to know how to get a lot out of his players which is really important too.

His mother and father being extremely proud of his accomplishments. 4) Other than an established relationship with God, which I am unsure of, NOTHING ELSE MATTERS and that's how intelligent he is.

thank you for the answer #3 is the most important character trait as far as i am concerned, and it goes hand in hand with #4
i don't know about the word "surviving" in relation to "marriage"
but there are OTHER THINFS THAT MATTER
