That was horrendous play calling and clock management to close out the half. Throwing a pass to the sidelines which allowed the Utags to save a timeout.
Then the DC doesn't protect the sidelines on the ensuing drive.
What the hell man ?
I can't believe we are stuck with this ass suck of a Coach for two more years.

I’m sorry but can’t understand how anyone can think giving Lewis 1 or 2 more years. His decision making and play calling is piss poor

Lewis and his staff need to go. Still have penalty issues after 10 games. Also the coaching decisions during the last 2 minutes were horrendous. This program is being destroyed. So sad.

The more of the Alpha-Fight Hard-Never Give Up crap he spouts into a mic or onto a reporter's notepad the more of an absolute fraud he shows himself to be as someone who coaches scared and to not lose instead of to win. It's gotten way past embarrassing as to how tentative he plays. How can the reporters not grill him on this sh*t?

Horrible replay call.
The ball was still moving in his hand - no control until he was out of bounds.
That was a BYU worthy replay call.

After holding season tickets since 1963 I am on the verge of giving up. The other time I was on the verge was with Chuck Long. But they did fire him. I can't see any improvement for next year as the probem is :

There is no way that was a utah state touchdown and was a gift. The receiver never possessed the ball until he landed out of bounds. That play should go to the MWC conference. Do not give me he dragged his foot nonsense as both feet were in the air. I will watch no more of this rigged game. I was having more fun listening to the Montana-Montana State game on the internet. During the start of the 4th quarter it snowed and was windy. MS won to be 12-0 and the most likely top seed for the upcoming FCS playoffs.

It was a gift USU had their other QB knocked out of the game. State needs to recognize this kid can run and gap control is paramount
I would play zero in coverage and then bring a Saferynjnto the box that all he does is spy the QB.
Yell the corners, the game is on you, stick with your man until a Qb or rb crosses the line of scrimmage.
Ok offense? Try to stay out your own way.

I'd hate to think so, but it's gone so wrong, and Utah State is in total control now. We have to get a touchdown before Utah State scores again or this game really is effectively over.

We should be able to beat them after they lost their starting QB and RB. SDSU has a history with playing against back-up QB's can't make this shyt up! |
