Depends on the vaccine. The COVID vaccine is effective at lowering the severity of infection, Not the infection frequency. The social benefits of the COVID vaccine are very marginal. The social benefits of vaccines that prevent infection are much higher. Abortion mostly ends lives, technically speaking. Also, both sides make the abortion thing way to black and white. There is grey area there. There is social benefits to bringing a child into the world, primarily the benefit to that child itself. so again, very similar. 100% disagree. Ton of wrong information in there, too. And you cherrypick COVID when it's beeb scientifically shown that vaccines overall save lives. When 89% of NBA referees (100% of which were vaccinated) contracted COVID in the 2022-2023 season, that tells me that the vaccine is doing very little to prevent transmission. The COVID vaccine is an extremely salient issue. It's importance is underscored by the very real possibility of another global pandemic in the next few decades.

I think that both of these hypotheticals are corner cases... not the average normal situation. Yes, I agree, but I feel that it's just too tempting of a situation for a pedophile. But I mean, any situation involving people could lead to a pedophile attack. There are millions of children all over the country. There are 20 million other situations that could lead to a pedophile attack. Not to mention, what does gender/identity have to do with it?? Pedophiles attack people of the same gender all the time.

A source! I'm blown away. We're learning. However, the abuse stemming from the clergy is MUCH more prevalent. Thank you Master. My Sensei. My goal is for you to be proud of me, since I look up to you so mightily. Do you need a pin to pop that swollen head of yours? Sheesh. Pay attention, I've put sources up plenty of times. Sheesh, again. Again, the people of the Clergy who molest children are not Christians. They're Wolves in Sheep clothing.

If a Christian individual molested somebody, I would question their Christianity, just as I would question a Transgender person if they are really transgender, and not a pedophile in disguise. Pretty simple. The odds of someone getting molested by a clergyman/Pastor is minute compared to how nany Pastors there are in the world that don't. I would take my chances in church over having my daughter going into a transgender inclusive bathroom if I had to make the choice. No brainer.

However, it's impossible to tell them from the ones who aren't predators. And since there have been, and still are, so many predators among the well intentioned clergy, what are we to do? With so many churches protecting these predators from law enforcement that really does also put a lot of the guilt on said churches.

Sure, I think it's happening/happened more in the Catholic Faith in which I'm not a part of, so I don't know all the ins and outs of it. I have heard everything that you brought up, but again, that's why they call them Wolves in Sheeps clothing. They're hard to identify, unfortunately. In all aspects of life you'll have the good and bad, and unfortunately most of what gets brought up is the bad stuff.

Yes, they should be able to use the bathroom based on how they are presenting. Let's worry about behavior, not what could hypothetically happen. No reason to think a transgender is more likely to molest than a man.
For sports no they should not be allowed to compete with those with two X chromosomes. Too much physical advantage.

That's your data point? Lol. The vaccine is not effective at preventing the transmission of the virus. I really do not feel like arguing about this. If you're surrounded by dozens of people and not following obvious protocols, yes, it's definitely possible. And again, I'm talking about vaccines overall, not novel virus strains.

After the results of the Paris Olympics, does anyone think they should expand going forward to a transgender only competition?

After the results of the Paris Olympics, does anyone think they should expand going forward to a transgender only competition? No, I think that they should just compete in the category that they were born into.
