Nevada 14 Boise 14 halftime Doesn't Neveada have a first ear coach??? Yes they do. But Hoke left the cupboard bare...but we need 2-3 years to rebuild. Not with good coaches and the transfer portal folks! |

Funny how some people on this board criticized us that were upset about getting blown out by Boise State last week. They said it was unrealistic to expect us to be competitive against Boise State. You know, " Boise State's only loss was to Oregon, Boise State is #15 in the country, and that we shouldn't have expected to be competitive against Boise State on the blue turf". Yet, lo and behold, this week Nevada, who was only 3-7, went into Boise and only loss by 7 points (28-21) on the blue turf. I guess Nevada wasn't as awestruck about Boise State as some on this board were.

Their first year Coach is better than ours. As evident by that 3-8 record and 0-5 in league play? Yeah, the same coach who only lost by 7 tonight on the blue turf to Boise State compared to our 32 point a$$ kicking last week on the same blue turf. |

SJ beat OS, Boise beatNev 28-21, AF beating Fres Las up only 2 at Hawaii. Guessing we will be in last place by end of the season?

All he needed to add was a QB, offense, and WR. I know a particular player that playing at a P5 program that told me Lewis wasn't too interested in him coming back as he made it seem like he had his people coming in. |

And they lost to Boise by a TD in a game that went all the way to the end as opposed to us getting skull-forked in what could have been a 70-7 game had the Boise staff chosen to do so. They also took the leader of the ACC to the end of the game in their first game under said new coach. If you watch the games you will see that the improvement UNR has made versus their performance last year is massive compared to our digression. |
