If I read it right it's unbelievable that New Mexico is favored over AFA by a TD. So when we play them it'll be a measuring stick between Bronco Mendenall vs Sean Lewis in regards to who's a better team builder. What has happened to the Zoomies? ?

Mike Schmidt was a good hire. He was a good hire. Now Honkie Cooper and Mike Gold, were disappointment. Hunkie Cooper was a helluva recruiter for us, just not that great of a player developer.

The best part of the upcoming game, for me, is the probability that it's the last time we go to Wyoming for football. Two more trips for the basketball team unfortunately. I'm sure there will be whining about CSU (4982') and USU (4356'). Maybe so, but the additional 2,800+ and 2,200+ feet elevation really makes a difference. USU and CSU will be bad enough but at least we'll avoid 7,220 feet elevation

Been to Laramie once. The people were nice enough. Still, I'm never goin' back. I'm with you on that. It's cowboy (lower case "c") country and as a Texan I do like those people. But my one trip there for a football game was one too many for me. I just can't break my habit of breathing actual oxygen.

You can't keep telling us you were a long distance runner and expect any of us to take you seriously! Every time you repeat that I think of some squidward looking toothpick running around. 😉 Just having fun with you Den

Really sad days, with a game tomorrow and nary a word about it. So, will Cooper take every carry? Will we have more than 10 penalties or 10 points? Will White have more than 1 sack? Will O'Neill progress or regress! Will we win?.....does anybody care?

I rather smoke weed to get that high Is it really possible to smoke enough week to get Laramie high? Laramie has enough weeds as it is. And more than enough cows.

Laramie is exceptional as a destination to watch FB. Fans, first rate and respectful (go to Fresno to see the exact opposite). Town is small and welcoming, and for those of us whom followed Aztec FB in the 80's, remember they facilitated our team and some fans when a blizzard hit and our guys couldn't leave Laramie.
Always a fan of the Pokes.
BTW (old Paratrooper so this bugs me) it's "Elevation" not Altitude.
