Also, we all should be big Fresno St fans this week with their game against UNLV. Also, root for a very competitive and entertaining game with Wazzu and Boise. St.

UNLV losses this game and they are toast. Another year without income coming in from their program.

We now definitely want UNLV to lose, and I think we want Wazzu to beat Boise in a close game. This could allow for Wazzu to still be in the CFP hunt as a wild card, and Boise to still be in the hunt as the G5 team with only a close loss to Oregon so far assuming Oregon and Wazzu continue to do well going forward.

I have to say that I'll be rooting for Wazzu to get to the CFP. They are the one school that really could use the money right now. And doing that will instantly give the PAC the boost to shut up all the media talking heads.

If both Wazzu and Boise were to get in, that would be great for the Pac going forward. If Wazzu can get through Boise, they have a pretty decent path to going undefeated. With the win over Washington, that may or may not get them in. They would probably need Washington to have a decent B1G conference season.

Not to mention shut up the BSU nimrod fans who are constantly crowing about "carrying" the conferences, while always conveniently omitting their historic 0-10 record in the NCAAs.

On an aside, looks like Udub loses @ Rutgers (welcome to the travel of the B1G) and is now 3-2. Their upcoming schedule:

Michigan
@ Iowa
@ Indiana
USC
@ Penn St
UCLA
@ Oregon

I see them going 4-8 this year.
