I feel that all this contract are all non binding. Every year they add more to the exit fee to the point where they keep you hostage. When you only get paid 3mil and you have to pay 40 plus mil to leave the economics don't sound right. Any judge can see thru that with common sense. Im waiting for the first team or group of schools that don't pay for it. What are they going to do put a lien on the football credit or the institution? The credit collectors would call JD Wiker very day to consolidate the school credit? Try suing the Cal state system and see how far the mtn west would go? The mtn west would get crush as they would have to collect beer cans and money from the coach to pay for attorney fees. JD might be bad at hiring coaches but when it comes to financing big deals he does well. So im trusting he has something down his sleeve.

I always felt that the MWC was double dipping, forcing both the school leaving AND the conference they are joining of paying fees for the same action. I think the PAC2 has a very good case here.

So, if The Pac wins and there is a 1X - 2X - 3X reduction in exit/poaching fees, does that then free up sufficient funds to reengage Memphis and or Tulane?

I was just thinking, what if trying to sign Memphis, Tulane and USF was not to really get them, but to show that their options are limited by money in trying to sign new members in support of their court case?
