I suspect he will have a short leash. The previous coach was fired after two years. If Andy thought it was rough coaching in the PAC he will learn fast the ACC is stronger. I'm giving him two years. He'll win a few conference games (Cal, Stanford, and maybe Louisville).

I don't consider USC to be that great of a job but it would be perfect for Alford. Hope they go after him...hard.

College Sports Wire and a neighbor on the USC sports board -
never said Dutcher or Bennet would chat with USC but USC wants a winning coach for next year as they head to the BIG and they usually can drum up some money
also some reports Coach Muscle - might want to head back toward the West from Arkansas and is quite good at the transfer portal

I am sure Musselman regrets taking the Arkansas job. I am not sure he is going to make that mistake again and take the SC job. UCLA maybe, but in reality he is going to bide his time for the perfect situation. JMO.

SC is a very good job! Moving to B10 the job will pay a boat load of money, the Galen Center is a first rate facility and sitting in the middle of recruiting hot bed. They will get top coaching candidates for this job.
