The turnover by Anderson after Boise got a stop up 4 that lead to an immediate layup was the killer. In tight games, plays like that will kill you. And they missed so many shots at the rim. Sucks for Boise they have a good team. Would have been nice for them to get that first victory. How many times would the MWC refs bail them out on missed shots? The refs in MM lets you play. They'll never learn.

Some sure things in life: Death. Taxes. Sun rises in the east. And Boise loses in opening game of March Madness.

Colorado hasn't scored in four minutes. Broncos have a chance to go up by 6 or 7 and pretty much put a stranglehold on the game. They cough it up. The Buffs get a basket, break the drought, and it's game on. Disaster. BTW, I was tooling around town last night running some errands and listened to the game on the radio. Can't remember who the play-by-play guy was, but he was sharp, energetic and enthusiastic. The color/analyst guy was Jim Boeheim. Couldn't figure out who he was for the first four or five minutes until his name was mentioned. I didn't even know he was still alive. And by the sounds of it on the radio, maybe he isn't. Dude was terrible. Low energy. Mumbled. Said dumb, obvious stuff. "Both teams are playing terrible on offense. But it might be because they're playing OK on defense." Ugh.

I'm worried that we might be "scoring" like Boise on Friday...

Max Rice lights up everyone in MWC and goes 1-9 last night, including 0-5 from deep. Way to ball for your Dad Max.

No MWC officiating, no chance of winning.
These guys are a joke and need to stick with the NIT or CBI Tournaments.

Seemed pretty "physical" at times, but the tension between blowing a whistle and "letting them play" this time of year tends to lean towards just allowing some physicality. It figures, since the "big teams" have these monsters on the floor and simply running into one of them is gonna be a real collision. Gotta keep the Blue Bloods happy.

The 3 calls were correct made in the final minute or so. The call on the ball off a Boise player's leg, the sideline call the Boise player had his foot out of bounds and the other possession call. Their men lost and their women got blown-out by Montana.

I feel bad for their fans. Same crap every year. Well, just remember their fans believe their school is worth more than SDSU and you will stop feeeling bad for them. I feel bad for us and the conference because BSU can[t get out of the first round in the NCAA. That hurts my school, SDSU.

Hey, at least he doesn't have to worry about his Dad moving anytime soon. Actually, Rice and Sprinkle (TBD) are being looked at for Washington job. I think they are going to go big. I mean they are joining the BIG so they need to think much bigger. Not sure if either of those coaches are going to move the needle. JMO

believe the Huskies might go after the WSU coach or maybe others that Win games - so pressure on the USU to actually win games
Rice again blows the lay up as a coach or maybe should say his players screw it up
warning for SDSU be ready for UAB
