I know it hurts many of your guys feelings but our offense sucks. They need to someday fix it. Whether you think it’s good enough, good, pretty good, decent, etc it’s nowhere near great. They need to make improvements and recruit a shooter.

Our “elite”defense can’t stop a nose bleed Yeah we aren’t elite on D. Not nearly as good as last season and several other recent seasons. We have too many non-clutch guys that make too many mistakes and don’t do all the little things well. If we can somehow come back and win this one it would be one of the all time great Aztec wins. |

This has to change. It’s embarrassing. Some of this is coaching. Letting players do whatever the hell they want just doesn’t work. All of this is coaching. Our set offense is a joke, and the majority of our gameplan is scoring in transition. Which works when we have a rim protector and a few solid rebounders. Once we get into a half court offense, we're terrible. It's been this way for years, we just had other skillsets that covered it up. |
