It was this thread, but regardless if he's pushed out or not for Anderson, you were still totally wrong. It's been happening a lot the last year. So get your own information? What a weird take. I do get my own info. Where did I say otherwise? I didn't say I was dependent on him. I'm laughing at him.

Really… on Friday I posted we would get three WR commits over the weekend through today… we got two of them and still may get a third… Boise I think you do have some inside connections and I appreciate you sharing what you can. Thanks!

Kids change their minds all the time, especially in the portal era. Unless you're infallible, why tear other people down for your own amusement?

The funny, part is you tried to hedge your prediction with the 95%, only to go all in a day later lol. And your 3 wideout prediction isn't earth-shattering. Everyone knows about Scolari, there will also be an ex-Kent State WR committing. Then between Bell and Anderson and others, the three WR isnt exactly Nostradamus like and certainly doesn't outweigh your P12/B12, and Allick proclamations.

Off to Colorado State. Losing him and White to Fresno sort of killed some momentum. They would have been great pieces as we rebuild. Oh well, we’ll get to face both of them and see what happens with their careers. Can you imagine being from San Diego and choosing to live in Fresno? That’s nuts. Yah, I can imagine it. Many others can too. I've lived in both. Some kids want to get away from the area they spent all of their lives in. Try something different, even if it is an inferior city/town. Fresno State has a good football community. Much better football gameday atmosphere than SDSU. Maybe that is what some are looking for when they chose Fresno over San Diego. After all, what makes SD so great and amazing also it its downfall when it comes to supporting local sports. Plus, these kids will have to eat and sleep football. They don't have much free time to go out and explore anyways. So, why would one make that a primary factor when choosing to go? A factor? Of course. But, not THE factor.

The factors you mention do indeed matter. In some cases, we end up getting bouncebacks because a player misses home. And hopefully, as SDSU - Mission Valley gets built out, we will eventually end up having a superior gameday experience.

I enjoy dirtball posts on here. Boise aztec comes in here all high and mighty with his “insider” info that turns out to be wrong far more often than right, but hey this board likes to pretend that he’s some insider.

Stop being an ass dirtball Yep, I'm the ass for calling out a poster spreading incorrect information, now causing signs on this website to bash a kid for changing his mind, or because of his social media activity.

I'll move on. Hopefully, we get Anderson. However, I have a feeling he is going to Oregon State. I hope I'm wrong.

Of course. But, not THE factor. It would be punishment to live in Fresno for 4 years. For the normal college kid, probably, but there's more factors than the city the college is in. For a D1 football scholarship athlete? Probably not anywhere as much. Football, girls and parties. That's 99% of the colleges right there, minus Provo, of course. Plus like I mentioned, these football kids rarely get the time to go out and explore their surroundings. When they do get time away from football they are around campus and going to different house/apartment parties. So, the only difference between Fresno and SD with that is you'll going to see a higher number of attractive females in SD than Fresno. You have the perspective of a pedestrian, not D1 college student. You are also probably several decades older than these kids and from a different generation, remember that before questioning their decision about their life. Luckily, you got to make your own decision, right? Let them make theirs. You don't know what is going through their head, what their interests are, reasons why they chose one school over the other. There's obviously a reason why someone would chose Fresno St over SDSU. Let them make that. On to the next.

The relationships with the position coaches mean more than most realize. SDSU was late to the game, and White fostered a strong relationship with the Fresno staff. That being said, his recruitment definitely fell off as a few of his offers were no longer committable.

But, some people on here become absolutely un hinged when a 18 year old kid doesn't want to come to their city and can't fathom why.
