No ignorance on Couric's part. Lots of people think that Bush went to war on feeble evidence. It sure wasn't enough for the Germans or the French. The Turks turned us away when we wanted to invade through them. The party line is that EVERYONE agreed that the war had to happen. Not so. In the main it was only the Bush administration. Couric was polite enough to not point that out to Rice. Guess she wants another interview sometime. No ignorance on Couric's part? If you really believe that, you are even more naive than the rest of your post shows. Rice is just too well informed and her ability to expose Couric shows her superior mental alacrity. There is no liberal who comes close to her wisdom and knowledge. If there were such people they would not be liberals. Win, there was absolutely NO ignorance on Couric's part. Go back to the beginning of the video when she mentioned numerous sources that had told Bush that there were no weapons of mass destruction in Iraq. Country after country was saying the same thing. It was really stupid to go in there to destabilize the country. Almost all of the Christians have been driven out of Iraq. A half million people are dead, and the moment we pull our troops out of the country, the democracy will collapse. We have accomplished NOTHING, BUT WASTED A LOT OF LIVES IN SO DOING. |

I was born on the side of a railroad track in the middle of the Mojave Desert, and I grew up (physically) in the desert. Now I've spent years with rocks, throwing them, chasing them, even tackling them... Kattie the snake Couric would never survive in the desert, and yet, when you really think about how many desert rocks can survive their whole life time in the desert...it's amazing. Couric=dead in the desert in no time, rocks=full survival for their lifetime. I wouldn't put Couric and her Polictican dad even at the level of "a bunch of rocks." Rocks are smarter. HAM |
