Is it true that the President can implement a border ban against a certain group of people if the president seems that that group can bring harm to the United States of America? Is that what Trump did against Muslims?

Is that what Trump did against Muslims? Google "Trump travel ban" and you'll likely get specifics on this. Closing the border is never happening, short of a worldwide public health crisis like COVID.
