Participating in the Team USA mini-camp this week, the 7-footer is the #1 ranked player in Nevada in the class of 2025. As you recall, the #1 & #2 players of 2024 Taj DeGourville and Pharaoh Compton signed with the Aztecs.

Staton is raw, extremely raw on the offensive end, but he's athletic and tall. Good shot blocker. New to the game of basketball. There is a lot of variance on this guy between his floor and his ceiling. Reminds me of Majak in that regard, although this guy is a higher profile recruit.
