He’d be a perfect fit for what we need. But with NIL the way it is I doubt we even get a past the agent. Does he command big NIL money? Talented player, talented prospect, but only played 8 minutes last year (productive minutes, but still). I think it's worth reaching out. Also a player like him might see a lot of appeal in going to SDSU and playing 20 minutes a game and being showcased for NBA scouts. Pal + one of these Kansas centers is definitely the goal at this point..

He was a McDonalds All-Americans and the #24 recruit in the country. I’m sure he has NBA aspirations and probably expectations of some significant NIL dollars. I mean if Allick is getting $300k then Udeh should get at least that.

So have Jay Pal and Zuby scheduled visits Really? You commented in the Zuby visit thread. Read and comprehend rather than just type questions all day.

My mistake just saw that Zeigler confirmed that Jay Pal and Zuby that both are visiting But no mention on if Udeh has had any contact with SDSU

Give it time. I'm wondering if Zuby will now change his mind & return to Kansas, now that he'd be the clear cut back-up center rather than 3rd string with Udeh leaving?

would guess that both of the Kansas players will look for teams that are in need of a starting center or at least compete for the job - would guess that Kansas might keep at least one scholarship open just in case but that all depends on what other players Kansas might be able to get
Both players will have numerous offers but the key is getting the opportunity to get a good amount of PT and not be recruited over

He was a 3rd stringer who barely played last year, and still needs to develop. I think he left because he knew it'd be more of the same next year at Kansas. Now that Udeh is gone his equation at Kansas changes, although they could still recruit over him. Udeh, yeah, he's looking for a starting gig. He had to think he was the starter until Dickerson committed. I don't think Zuby starts if he comes here, so if he's looking for a starting gig he may end up elsewhere.

The important thing is the coaches have players coming in that they can evaluate as players and how they would fit in with the returning players - that hopefully include Lamont and Ledee
It also looks as though the coaches will be back also

Statistically Udeh's numbers are incredible in the pick and roll. Very efficient scorer. Good block percentage too at 7%. Good number of steals per minutes played. I think he splits time with LeDee if he comes here.

Aztecs scrimmaged against UCLA last couple of years - did Etienne play and would guess that Dutcher and the UCLA coach might chat about him - unless he prefers to go back to the East coast area
Little doubt Udeh would be a good addition at SDSU but has there been any response from him about SDSU

Not sure if it is good or bad for SDSU and Gundo but Portal Entry has closed - except for Grad Transfers
As pointed out getting quality 5's or even 4's is tough and with the NIL - major headache for the Coaches
