For the TL;DR crowd re the article, this is not a vax=bad piece, i.e. "Being unvaccinated is still a major risk factor for dying from covid-19."

For the TL;DR crowd re the article, this is not a vax=bad piece, i.e. "Being unvaccinated is still a major risk factor for dying from covid-19."I know. I read it. First they told us the vaxx would prevent COVID. It didn’t. Then we were told it would not prevent, but lessen the impact of symptoms. Has it? Debatable. I will say my COVID case was incredibly mild. Who knows if it was because I was vaxxed and boosted or not.

As for the vax, I got Covid in June two days before I was scheduled to get my 2nd booster and it kicked my @$$ for two weeks. I know it's just anecdotal, but it was clear from talking to my GP that not having had my 2nd booster prior to being exposed made for a much worse case.
