Wilber’s typical interview believes the PAC is going to 12 members. Thinks State’s run has made it optically very hard for the PAC to not invite the Aztecs |

It's worth a listen. He specifically talks about SDSU at the 11:20 mark. Basically says that the PAC12 have no choice but to add SDSU and if for some reason they don't add SDSU it will be a head-in-the-sand, ignorant, foolish decision. |

Thats not entirely accurate. His Youtube channel is dependent on expansion gossip, so he tends to juice things up to level 11. It gets a bit annoying at times. He has some good perspective at others, but you have to wade through the drama to get there. |

Sorry to disappoint but am not that guy
But can tell you that my friends back in the BIG have told me that the Alumni groups of the original Big 10 schools have organized and are very much against expansion in the far West for the next few years - and they do have connections with the Presidents of the BIG schools who are the people who vote on expansion or not

It may indeed be time to lock it up. I would look at this thread a couple times a day to get caught up. Now I'll look every couple of days, but all I have to do is go to the latest page, read a few comments and leave, since it's the same old rehash.

There is no reason to lock this thread. There is a lot of info here related to PAC12 expansion, including articles, podcasts, interviews and tweets. If you don't like it don't read it.

WLR Unless you see--from your perspective---some harm, coming to the board, or individuals, then why block it? The worst that can happen is that it deteriorates on a declining asymptotic curve and finally sublimates, OR, as Emotional Aztec put it: " ... runs out a gas."
