Anyone got an update on this guy? I think he's the highest rated prospect the Aztecs have a chance in signing.

Carr told 247Sports Connecticut, Mississippi State, and San Diego State are three schools he is looking to officially visit. San Diego State: "They have been on me since I was a freshman. I feel like that is important because a lot of schools have been looking at me since I was freshman but their staff have continued to stick with me and offered me this year. They have treated me like family before they started recruiting me."A list cut is not a priority for Carr yet. He says there is no set option in line for his services and is open to any school interested in recruiting him. 247sports.com/Article/Darius-Carr-San-Diego-State-Connecticut-Mississippi-State-Basketball-Recruiting-188329227/

LMU may be a sneaky contender considering it's right there at home in Playa del Rey, but I have to say I think SDSU is the best program on that list at the moment and gives him the best combination of location, development, and NCAA tourney potential.

We may still get to hold onto him. A lot is going to depend on what happens here in March as far as who the next coach is and various other things. Administration did a good job of working quickly to contain the damage.
