I had the mumps measles and chickenpox so I have natural immunity. I cannot spread those to you or anyone else. A couple of years ago I decided to take the shingles vaccine, I am not anti-vax. It wasn't forced on me, thought it was a good idea after talking to my doctor AND MAKING MY OWN DECISION TO DO SO. Americans should have the right to make the same decision as to whether they want to take these COVID vaccines, all of which are genetically based vaccines that have no previous history of widespread use. As I have said, you get the jab you can still get and spread the virus. Plenty of studies showing that. Your personal vaccination status has no effect on anyone else. For the record, these current vaccines are not working as advertised. The length of their protection is much less that what we were promised and their protection for those at the highest risk of serious issues is questionable. But, Pfizer and the rest are making billions off the jabs. Hell, let's make this simple: 1. If you have your first shot and develop anaphylaxis or any other serious adverse reaction, should the government be able to force you to get a second shot of the COVID vaccine? 2. If you have a history of adverse reactions to vaccines, such as Guillain-Barre syndrome, due to vaccinations should the government be able to force you to get a COVID vaccine? 3. If you have any blood clotting actions after your first or second shot with any of the COVID vaccines, should the government be able to force you to continue to be vaccinated? 4. If you are healthy and pregnant should the government be able to force you to get the COVID vaccine? 5 If you are healthy and young (such as those under 30) where the odds are you are at greater risk of having a severe reaction to the COVID vaccines rather than being hospitalized for COVID, should the government be able to force you to take the vaccine? 6. If you are healthy at any age, with none of the comorbidities associated with serious complications with COVID should the government be able to force you to take the vaccine? 7. Even if you have health issues that make you at risk of serious issues from a COVID infection should the government be able to force you to take the vaccine? You can just quote this and post your answers in bold. This is very simple as you’re really only asking 1 question. No the government shouldn’t be able to force you to get the vaccine. But, you therefore cannot force your way into these venues and should just stay home, order in, basically stay out of public venues. Enjoy yourself stay safe. I’ll be at the game.

The deaths of people after taking a covid vaccination(s) are real. My two jabbed landlords are dead and that it was jabbed caused. Just this week, There was the death of Kevione Faulk, 19, daughter of LSU's and former New England Patriots Kevin Faulk. Yet, news articles on her death leaves out jab status and cause of death. My first question when a person suddenly dies in any age range is Did they take a covid vaccine? It is troubling that only jabbed fans can attend games or go to most colleges. It is time to oppose this jabbed only discrimination of the unjabbed.

Yes, a 0.0020% of dying if you have "the jab" is terrifying, especially when you factor in that also includes everyone who's cause of death hasn't even been determined to be the vaccine. And yes, let's assume every young person who dies is due to the vaccine. (& in case you missed it this is all sarcasm)

Folks are wearing stars of David on their sleeves and calling folks Nazis (and sheep) because they are required to get a shot to work. Now on this thread, folks aren't going to an Aztec game because they have to flash a piece of paper? They aren't tracking, and the folks at the turnstiles are likely not even going to look. If you don't want a vaccine, sure. Don't complain when a business requires proof. Your body, your choice.

I would venture to guess that most people who aren't vaccinated aren't scared of dying from the vaccine. They just feel they don't need it, nobody knows about any longer term side effects, and the fact that it's being shoved down everyone's throat over a virus where half the people who get it don't even have symptoms (let alone die/hospitalized/etc) is making them more and more against it.
They're not some tin foil hat wearing psychos that some disrespectful clowns on this board say they are... they're just rational healthy people who know they'll be fine if they get COVID.
Especially now that it is known that the vaccines' use is primarily to lessen any symptoms you have (rather than stopping the spread) and that the virus will naturally mutate (unlike Polio, chicken pox, etc), this whole vaccine thing will literally never be over... like the flu shot. If we keep doing this we're going to need boosters every year and wear masks for the rest of our lives. Or we could just live & die with the virus and get natural immunity. It's out there, it's going to work its way through the population... it sucks. More and more studies are showing that overcoming the virus is providing better antibody protection than the vaccines even are. Luckily the death rate is like .03% or whatever the latest statistics say, and anyone in the high risk category can get the vaccine and increase their chances of survival from extremely high to astronomically high.
The government can't prevent everyone from dying eventually. For the record, I did get vaxxed about a month ago to avoid inconveniences since I didn't really care either way. I'm not some anti vax conspiracy theorist, I just use some common sense and know I'm very healthy, and I already had COVID back in November so I had solid protection even without the vaccine

Your personal vaccination status has no effect on anyone else. I was a math major and I remember looking around the classroom when tests were handed back. I was confused. I couldn't really understand how someone couldn't understand statistics, logic or probability. Logic is binary. If you don't get it you are wrong. Back then I was confused some people have this blind spot that doesn't allow them to follow logic. But it didn't affect me or my family. Today I am sad because these same people are harming our community and country. If you can't understand why the above statement is illogical you have a blind spot that is making the pandemic worse. That makes me sad.

Vaccinated people can still catch and spread COVID just like those who are unvaccinated. There is plenty of data that supports what I just posted. So tell me the reasoning why you, or the government, believes they can restrict the rights of the unvaccinated when the vaccination status of one person has no effect on another? How about this policy, if you are sick or feel at risk of having severe complications from COVID (vaccinated or not) then you stay home? Pretty simple concept, one that has usually been the case historically when it comes to disease. Tell me another time where we have quarantined the healthy because there is a risk they may get sick at some point? Just remember that this is a disease with a mortality risk of some .03% If you are obese, have diabetes, heart disease and other such comorbidties then you may want to isolate yourself. The rest? Do what you want. When it comes right down to it, those who would be at risk of dying from the flu in any given year are the most effected by COVID. COVID seems to spread easier however.

COVID seems to spread easier however. so you are in agreement with filling up the Idaho ICU with COVID patients..better not break your leg or get bit by rattlesnake. Yup. Read two articles today on this. One about a guy who died of a heart attack because every ER they took him to was full of Covid patients and they couldnt get him in. Another was a 12 year old boy who had his appendix burst and almost died while waiting in the ER for hours and hours because it was full of Covid patients. Not to mention the scores of nurses quitting because of the stress of dealing with never-ending Covid patients for the last 18 months, leading to poorer healthcare for everyone. So yeah, people’s decision to not get vaxxed absolutely affects others. I might also add, people wont get a vaccine because it’s “too new” but are ok getting infected by a deadly virus (possibly genetically altered) the human body has never seen before. And also for the most part, once infected and in pain, have no problem accepting the Regeneron monoclonal antibody treatment which is even less tested than the vaccine! Its astounding what kind of ridiculous crap that people read on social media and actually believe.

Although the people being hospitalized are the people who have ci-morbidities and should be vaccinated anyhow. But still, when we make this about others. Vulnerable neighbors, family and friends, not having access to a hospital because the beds are full with unvaccinated COVID patients, that makes sense. Unfortunately the messaging has been so bad and inconsistent, people have shut down.

We should just stop all this back and forth. I saw it earlier, no one is changing anybody else and their opinion at this point. I am personally vaccinated but I did it for my wife and kids and others. I see both sides and don’t think my opinion or thoughts will change others. That is fine but I agree actions or lack of action has consequences. You may possibly be the cause of harming a loved one or someone you care about by not getting vaccinated and you will have to live with that. That is my biggest driver for getting vaccinated and I hope no one has to live with being the main cause of someone dying or going through that experience. Let that sink in.
(Also, just In case I sit by AzTex at a game I need to make sure I am vaccinated because he is getting old. 😁)

And yet, being vaccinated doesn't keep you from either catching or spreading COVID. That is known. So, tell me this, if the vaccine doesn't protect the vaccinated then why do the vaccinated want to demand others to be vaccinated? Our dementia addled mumbler-in-chief said recently, "we need to protect the vaccinated from the unvaccinated (paraphrased, the actual link to the speech is linked below). So tell me, why do the vaccinated need to be protected if the vaccine is effective? And if the vaccine isn't effective, why demand other people to get it? www.whitehouse.gov/briefing-room/speeches-remarks/2021/09/09/remarks-by-president-biden-on-fighting-the-covid-19-pandemic-3/

Its astounding what kind of ridiculous crap that people read on social media and actually believe. Yeah, and there was the ER doctor who claimed that gunshot victims were denied entry into hospitals because of people overdosing on ivermectin. The hospital came out and said that that doctor hadn't worked there in months and they had no cases whatsoever due to an overdose of ivermectin. Show me some real data. You know, facts and not hearsay. From what I have heard, hospitals are not being overridden with COVID cases. Do they have patients who have COVID? Yep, they test patients daily. That doesn't mean they were admitted for COVID. Just remember, nationally we are over a 70% fully vaccination rate for those eligible. Still, numbers of COVID cases are still "high." Why is that? We are vaccinated, reached the 70% rate the CDC said we needed to get to for "herd immunity" and yet cases still resemble that of a year ago? Doesn't that cause you to pause and question a bit? For the most part, the risk of death from COVID in the general population is well under 1%. Likely close to .3%. The risk is higher if you are old with diabetes or cardiovascular disease. Way less if you are young and healthy. Really, if you are a person at risk of dying from the flu then you are at risk of dying from COVID. COVID, spreads easier since people can be carriers though have mild symptoms unlike the flu where you normally feel bad enough to stay home. Y'all have been taught to live in fear. I see idiots wearing masks in the cars by themselves. It would be funny to me if it wasn't so indicative of how easily people have been manipulated in this country.
