...back at SS.
Along with Myers in RF, Grisham in CF and Pham in LF.

And that’s too bad. Bad timing for sure

I'm sure Fernando's happy.

Padres just can't catch a break this season.

Life without Cronenworth begins... Without X-factor Cronezone, I don't know if this team has it in them. Further preparing myself for no post-season baseball

Any word on Snell's prognosis, and on when they expect Crone back?

Sounds like Cronenworth could be back soon if the swelling subsides quickly and he can handle the pain. But that was what Tingler said Sunday night, and I've heard nothing further today.

I'm sure Fernando's happy. Hopefully he keeps his throws under control. Maybe this perks up his mood….and his bat. Teams don’t have postseason scenarios every year, it would be a shame to waste this potential opportunity.

Tatis now just one HR from a 40/20 season. I sure hope he gets it.

One of his worst games of the year today - just a day after the dugout dustup with Manny.
He has no business in centerfield during a run for the off-season. His screwups likely cost them another game.
The "powers that be" who stationed him in center field today should get far more blame than him for the errors…

Tatis' tantrum hit the front page this morning.
Tingler's seat just just got hotter… it may already be too late to save him.
The sad implosion continues, and it’s not going to be a happy ending for a few Padres.

Barring a miracle run, Tingler is for sure gone. You can't have a rookie manager managing a team full of older and overpaid players.

Fernando is likely out of the running for MVP at this point. With players like Brandon Crawford ripping it up for San Francisco - on a first place team - Tatis, Jr's work, while noteworthy, does not a Most Valuable Player make…
Keep the swag chain handy, but forget the dancing around third base. The Padres are inching closer to getting lapped by Colorado. You play baseball! LOL.

Tatis with another horrible AB. Just flailing away at pitches too low to hit, and if by some miracle they are hit, they'll dribble into the infield.
SMFH
Second bat showed he can adjust on the fly. Makes it to second on a single, drives in a run.

Congratulations to Fernando. 40 HR this season.
Not many highlights this season, but this is one that will last!
