This is a personal issue, unrelated to anything involving SDSU or the Mountain West conference, San Diego. I see absolutely no value in digging into the personal life or worse celebrating a fault of a public person. Let’s be better and ignore this non-related random event that occurred in another state. First, nobody is "digging" into Few's personal life. This is national news, 1st page on every sports-related national website. Last I checked this is a sport-oriented discussion board, especially when it comes to college hoops. Second, nobody is "celebrating" anything. If you want to "ignore" national sports news that's your choice. I tend to think any news that can potentially impact 1 of the top basketball programs on the west coast & a team that just 18 months ago we were battling for a #1 seed in the West, matters. Just don't pretend it's not national news or that many sports-related social media boards across the West, if not nationally, aren't talking about it. Amen. Drunk driving is not a victimless crime and it sounds like he was also driving recklessly as well. He may be a private citizen but he is accused of a public crime. He is employed by a Catholic School and is a major public figure affiliated with that institution. I don't expect him to get fired because Gonzaga officials know who butters their bread athletically. Yeah, there is some hypocrisy there. If I see something that affects a Western program that we compete with I'm going to post it and in the main forum that people are more apt to see it.

And would you celebrate if this negatively impacts their program?

Few was clearly drunk, didn't do as the police asked, blew a 0.12, still had 30 more miles to drive on his trip but yet he got only a $1,000 fine. It pays to be rich and know people in high places.
