No NFL team will ever sign up to be a tenant in a college stadium. They all want their own multi-billion dollar playpens with all the bells and whistles, and theirs has to be better and more expensive than the last one built.

The Spanos family has no money to move the franchise. The Spanos has no money to build a stadium.
A new ownership group for the Chargers would not move the franchise from LA. Why would anyone move the team when they have a lease in place for $1/year for essentially 40 years.

No...I was a Charger season tix holder for 10 years (88-98). But, once the Chargers left, I not only quit caring about the Chargers, I quit caring about the NFL. I'll watch the playoffs and SB (mostly for the commercials), but don't think I have sat through a full NFL game in the past 4 years. Same with the NBA. MLB is really about the only professional sport that I have an interest in, and that is only because I went to my first Padre game as a 10 year old in their inaugural year of '69. If it wasn't for the Padres, I would feel with MLB like I do with the NFL and NBA. Love Tatis, Jr., but $340 mil to play a game...sorry can't relate.
Rich owners who beg for cities to buy them a new house ain't getting another dime from me! I know, that wasn't your question. So, no.

Yes this. People should stop speculating. Even if they want to (which the don’t) they wouldn’t be able to with relocation fees, tied up corporate deals in LA. Plus the value of the franchise would drop. It’s not happening.

To answer the question, no. I have yet come across an article or story or anecdote where it was a positive experience for a college football team to "share" a stadium with an NFL team. In fact, you will hear the most preposterous and painful stories when it comes to cohabitation.
If and it is a big if, the chargers came back it would be in their own venue. Secondly, the Chargers do not need a 65K seat stadium. They only need 50K.

Which Charger? I would take the QB. Can he play the 5 ? Remember this Hoops, dribbleball is a pastime for fat girls trying to throw small balls thru peach baskets. And, whats a 5? Is that the number of completions the three Aztec QBs had in 2020? So, yeah, all three can make and play the five.

Maybe if the Chargers are eventually bought by a San Diegan who wants to move the ball club back to San Diego?
