I agree they owe us a home game but bet they won't schedule us for many years unless we can "sneak" into the Pac somehow. I thought the PAC was shut down by players with demands for a share of the revenue among other things. Is that not a thing now?

This may seem like a weird question from an out of town person.
If The Aztecs play this fall, where are the home games? SDCCU?

So, I take it that the SDCCU site is now a fully involved construction zone unable to host any event....(even sdcoug’s_____________party) and Carson CA is the home of the Aztecs for the next 2 years? Wow, and we thought the Charger crowds were small, the Aztecs will be lucky to break 10k.

Re. SDCCU, also since the city apparently abandoned all maintenance for 6+ months previous to handing over the keys... it's probably not in shape to accommodate human beings at this point.

This may seem like a weird question from an out of town person. If The Aztecs play this fall, where are the home games? SDCCU? The news as of Monday is it looks like they will play their home games at the Carson stadium where the Chargers were for two years. It holds about 27K, and is fairly new. (built in 2003)

Why wouldn’t they play at the Q as originally scheduled and also have 25% fans as originally planned?

Why wouldn’t they play at the Q as originally scheduled and also have 25% fans as originally planned? Well, if you look at the construction pictures it appears as though with a lot of the asphalt being torn up there may be no room for parking, tailgating, and anything else we might want to do. They can work easier and faster if they have no people in their way while the work goes on.

Some would argue it hasn't been in shape to accommodate humans in quite some time. But, at least until the end of last season, the city box in the club level was in good shape.

California reportedly has now said they are committed to expanding the definition of "cohorts" to a workable number so there will be no obstacles to holding football practices. Should be the final hurdle for the P12 & MWC to resume.
Hopefully we see football practices starting no later than Monday, if not over the weekend.

Wait...I thought Newsom said that there was nothing stopping the PAC 12 from playing. Apparently, there was.
