According to MLB.com:
Paddack, Lamet, Richards, Davies,Lucchesi/Quantril. Next up Morejon, Baez
CBSSports.com:
Paddack, Lamet, Richards, Davies, Lucchesi/Quantril/Gore
ESPN.com:
Paddack, Lamet, Richards, Davies, Lucchesi
The top 4 seems fairly set. We shall see if Richards can deliver innings or if Paddack can continue his progress into legit #1 starter.

Padres name Paddack as opening day starter.....no big surprise.
Richards looked pretty solid tonight vs Angels, hopefully he can stay healthy and keep tossing up zeros.

The Athletic's Dennis Lin, one of his "2020 Padres Season--Bold Predictions" "Dinelson Lamet will post the best strikeout rate among big-league starting pitchers Last season, only two starters worked at least 70 innings while averaging more than 13 strikeouts per nine innings. One was Gerrit Cole. The other was Chris Sale. No surprise with either ace. A third pitcher nearly joined them: Dinelson Lamet, who compiled 105 strikeouts in 73 innings (12.9 K/9). Of course, we’re cherry-picking here. While those were Lamet’s first 73 major-league innings in his return from Tommy John surgery, Cole logged more than 200 Cy Young-caliber frames. Sale pitched fewer than 150 innings because of elbow trouble, but before he underwent his own Tommy John operation, he was one of the game’s preeminent strikeout artists. Lamet, though, has never had trouble inducing whiffs. He throws hard, and his slider is a terror for right-handed hitters. His main challenges have been related to command, health and lefty hitters. In a 162-game season, those weaknesses tend to become more exposed over time." theathletic.com/1943738/2020/07/22/padres-season-preview-five-bold-predictions-for-the-2020-season/
