This isn't good......we KNEW there would be multiple positives, but MLB couldn't get through opening weekend without one team getting nailed badly. Marlins cannot really field a full team for 10-14 days. Yikes! Mattingly should be fired, to be honest.

4 more members of the Marlins have tested positive for the Coronavirus, and a majority of Washington Nationals players have voted against traveling to Miami for their scheduled weekend series against the Marlins (according to The Athletic). MLB has emphasized that the decision to play the weekend series is up to MLB, and not the Nationals. Good luck with that.
Orioles at Marlins and Yankees and Phillies postponed again today.

Just watch, with San Diego’s bad luck, The Padres will get off to an historic 18-4 start and the league will say......”never mind, go home, season over...it never happened.”

Another positive test for the Marlins. Case number 19. And, the Phillies/Blue Jays series has been cancelled this weekend and two Phillies staffers test positive--a coach and clubhouse attendant.

Clearly the NBA's bubble model for restarting is a better model then MLB's.
This is getting bad quickly.

A total of 21 members of the Marlins traveling party have now tested positive, and a 2nd baseman (Isan Diaz) has now opted out of the season. And apparently, more St Louis Cardinal members of their traveling party (no confirmation as to more players, yet) have now tested positive. It's getting worse by the day.

Marlins, Cardinals, Phillies.
This season will probably end in a couple of weeks, falling victim to players who obviously lack the discipline to follow basic rules of social distancing.

This week's team to be struck by the Coronavirus is the St Louis Cardinals. So far, their trip to a casino has produced 13 positives, including 7 players. Their 4 game series with the Tigers has been postponed.

Philadelphia is back playing today, while the Marlins start up again tomorrow. At least this is true as of Monday at 1:27 pm.
