A PG for 2021? Lamont Butler getting recruited over? What a odd thing to say, we have 1 PG under scholarship for 2021-2022 season of course it will be a priority. And just this past year 2 PG's started

And just this past year 2 PG's started I recognize the college game is changing. But in most cases there's one lead PG. It would be great if Butler and Washington could thrive together. [EDIT: I recall Frank Mason and Davonte Graham were great together at Kansas].

Every high quality recruit is gong to get numerous offers say at least 20 - will see how well the coaches can do in trying to sign some - could be different for the 2021-22 recruiting If the NCAA changes the No Sit rule for transfers - think meeting will be Jan 2021 - then things could get very interesting to say the least

Currently ranked #102 and over the last 10 days Washington has landed offers from the AZTECS, Auburn, Minnesota, and USC. All after scoring offers from Creighton, Ole Miss and Virginia Tech earlier in 2020 to run his total of scholarship offers well north of 20.
“The kid did a really good job working on his body and getting in shape and getting his strength up,” said Compass Prep athletic director Pete Kaffey. “He’s blowing up because he scores at all three levels and he’s a really good passer. He’s one of the best passers I’ve ever coached. He can really shoot and when you factor all of that in you can see why he’s blowing up and should be considered a top ranked kid.”

Here's National Analyst from Rivals.com, Eric Bossi's write up on the top recruits performance in July. Washington named in the article, as well as, 5-star Peyton Watson, who has all but given up on the Aztecs recruitment to focus on PAC12 schools, plus Kentucky. n.rivals.com/news/bossi-s-best-players-who-could-have-been-focus-of-julyRecruitment: Arizona State, Auburn, Creighton, DePaul, LSU, Marquette, Maryland, Minnesota, North Carolina A&T, Oklahoma, San Diego State, TCU and USC - just to list some of his offers. Why him? In the summer of live-streamed events, Washington has been one of the most talked about floor generals in America. He transferred high schools during the middle of his junior year, has grown into his body and looks to have developed into a very dangerous scorer. Putting up big numbers in a weekly league is one thing, but how would he have done in much more organized and competitive grassroots games? Would he have backed up the hype? I'd have loved to see what he could do against players from all around the country and not just Arizona.
