He reminds me of Tapley, maybe even with a little higher upside.

Interesting how our recruiting has changed over the years. We never seemed to get a lot of shooters before, instead we'd get mostly long athletic guys that could be developed into great defenders. I like the current approach of getting good shooters and turning them into really good defenders.

I really like this Kid. Butler and the Sniper (BS) would be a huge fan favorites. I could see the Show working multiple angles. Targets and telling opposing players you got Sniped.
i think we are in great shape for getting a commitment here. I can see the kid working out with LaMonte during summertime.

Have seen him play a couple times and thought he was very 1 dimensional. But with 2 years to develop and more responsibility with Butler gone he could turn into a very good one.

There are three qualities HC's look for in HS recruits: Size/length, Athleticism and Shooting ability. I think he has 2 of 3 right now.

They look for a lot more than that, but he has some good pieces. Based on what I saw he really needs to improve his handle and ability to take someone off the dribble, which hopefully is a focus for him over the next 2 years. Along with better D.

This philosphy was from Jim Harrick and his own summation versus my opinon. But yes other factors come into play.
