Flynn wasn’t trapped he got caught. Don’t try to spin it. They have him on tape. Also, his kid works for him so he was on it too. Planted false information? Hahaha. They have him wiretapped talking to the Russians. Is Durham going to make up tapes that says Flynn is only be sarcastic. He lied got caught lying and now they have records of him lying. Talking to Keslyak was not a crime. Up to the point of the interview, Flynn had done nothing illegal. But by then the FBI had comitted a crime as they leaked classified info to a newspaper to break the story, they planted false information in the newspaper to disarm him before the interview, they specifically lied to Flynn when they said he didn't need a lawyer, and they violated established protocols to meet with him and this was all part of the setup. They asked him questions they already had the answer to (from the transcript) and didn't give him the benefit of their apriori knowledge of that info. Classic trap and unethical. Priestap notes tell us what their plan was. If Truth/Admission was the aim, they would have simply presented the transcript. If getting him fired and prosecuted was their goal (as it turned out to be), a trap was the method and was executed like a game plan. They went on to threaten his son and commit other crimes of leaking info to the press to get him to cave. At one point the conspirators in the FBI actually discussed the 25th Ammedment. They were a cabal set on a mission that Obama approved of entirely. An attempted coup with Flynn needing to be out of the way. The detailed call summaries from December 2016, in the weeks before President Donald Trump took office, offer the clearest public evidence to date that Flynn indeed discussed sanctions specifically during their calls, despite Flynn telling both the FBI and Vice President Mike Pence that they did not. In one call on Dec. 29, 2016, after the Obama administration slapped sanctions on Russia and expelled its diplomats for meddling in the election, Flynn specifically mentioned those actions. He then urged the Russians to limit its retaliation rather than further enflame relations between the countries just as Trump was about to take office. “Make it reciprocal. Don't — don't make it — don't go any further than you have to,” Flynn is quoted as saying in the declassified summary of the call. “Because I don't want us to get into something that has to escalate, on a, you know, on a tit-for-tat. You follow me, Ambassador? That is a crime lying to the FBI and the VP. Flynn is F**ked you know it. It ok, you are in denial right now.

In fact, the House Intel Committee transcripts show there was no probable cause for the entire fiasco. The investigations of the FBI on the campaign and Flynn was opened on the premise that the Steele dossier was true and that was never established. The FBI violated Flynn's 4th and 5th Ammedment rights as they likely illegally surveilled him, illegally leaked info on that surveillance to the press, lied/tricked him into an interview without proper representation. Also, the FBI likely destroyed exculpatory evidence where Nunes had previoydly seen an original 302 report made by FBI that reported that Flynn was not being evasive that is now missing (admitted by the FBI). Add it up and you have the acquittal of Flynn now being dragged out of the clutches of partisan witch hunters.

Some maga head was talking to my friend (actually his cousin) yesterday and told him.. "Hey, did you hear Obama and Biden are both going to jail"?? haha, I wonder what bull$#!+ he is listening to? I could guess.

While he said there will be no political prosecutions, he will make it evident to all that Obama and his admin took Hillary's phoney Russian provided misinformation and tried to take down a President with it.

Trump fired 4 inspectors generals in six weeks. The last one got fired because he had investigation on Pompeo. Pompeo ask Trump to fire him for doing his job. Now hiring Trump guys even though they are supposed to be middle men. That is bidding to one political party.

This is what international relations looks like. Incoming national security advisor dealing with the issues that will be on his and the Admin's desk on day one. The FBI interview was intentionally set out to get him fired and/or prosecuted for doing nothing other than what was legal... talking to Kislyak. Again, the reality is that Flynn's rights were denied and a perjury trap accomplished without a legitimate reason to be investigated for a crime.

If was so legal (which it wasn’t). Why on earth would you lie to the FBI and the VP and plead guilty to a judge? Threatening to ruin your son might be a reason. Michael G. Flynn, the son of President Donald Trump's former national security adviser, is a subject of the federal investigation into Russian meddling in the presidential election and possible collusion between Moscow and the Trump campaign, according to four current and former government officials. The inquiry into Flynn is focused at least in part on his work with his father's lobbying firm, Flynn Intel Group, three of the officials said. It's unclear when the focus on Flynn began.
