If true, he should have told his LB's that didn't see a play fake they didn't bite on. Not sure if it is true and even if true their play keys shouldn't be whether Agnew is wiping his hands or not. Sure it helps, but there are way better play keys. In any event, I am sure Horton and Morgan will see the clip and either use it to their advantage or tell him to wipe his hands on every play. It was Tom Landry who once was quoted as saying, it doesn't matter if the defense knows the play if it is successfully executed.

Lake got one whole tackle all game. LOL Big talk for a guy who barely got his jersey dirty.

It would have been smarter to keep his mouth shut considering how they bit on every play fake and allowed us to get nearly 300 on them. Saying that makes them look even sorrier than they looked on the field.

Suddenly hooking my wagon to Ryan Agnew was the result of an epiphany I had with another Aztec Quarterback. Brian Russell was an intelligent young man with limited quarterback skills yet guided the Aztecs to the '98 Las Vegas Bowl. Reminded of Inspector Harry Callahan's "a man's got to know his limitation", following that season he approached Defensive Coordinator Claude Gilbert, (Brady Hoke, chapter one), and requested an opportunity to play on the defensive side of the ball. After the successful transition he was able to parlay that experience to defensive back in the NFL for nine seasons.
I'm suspecting Agnew knows I have a better chance of winning the California Lottery than he has of ever becoming an NFL quarterback, but perhaps he would be good enough and smart enough to parlay his skills in a different area. Maybe, maybe not. I guess my passion for Aztec football is more in the review mirror than today's reality, but that doesn't mean I can't find a silver lining
when the opportunity presents itself. That said, as I had previously mentioned regarding the email I received,...…….. "San Diego State University will officially kickoff its months-long, university-wide strategic planning process on September 23",...……….
As a key constituency of our university, we invite you to this once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to help shape a comprehensive, action-oriented strategic plan poised to transform not just the main campus, but three campuses: SDSU on the mesa, SDSU Imperial Valley, and the proposed development of SDSU Mission Valley.
Months long? When does the fun start?? Just when is the "vision" to be replaced by a solid business plan, $$$$, both of which should have been completed before November of 2018?
