Washington - Seattle, WA September 27th-29th (NCAA Football game USC @ Washington) 3. TBD 4. TBD 5. TBD Also planning an OV to USC. Think we might get the rug pulled out by the PAC here, but if we land Che I get it.

Looks like we are not in the final 8 selection: Minn, Oregon, U of A, ASU, U Dub, USC, UVA, Utah *Maryland Only ACC and PAC. After Che and Keith this tracks, and looks like he wants the P5 light. Can’t blame a kid if that’s what he values 🤷🏻♂️

Made the US National team list today. Final schools are PAC and ACC.
Watson has moved beyond SDSU and the MWC. We could move this thread.

scorebooklive.com/california/peyton-watson-scouting-report-5-star-long-beach-poly-wing-one-of-biggest-risers-in-class-of-2021/6'7" with an estimated standing reach of 7', and very bouncy athleticism. Strong skill set, especially considering how much he has grown over the last couple of years. This guy looks elite. I think he 'bloomed' a little bit too early for us to get him; Kawhi bloomed a little bit later then Peyton. He would be a game changer if we could land him. He's definitely more of a 2/3 guard/wing then a power forward, despite his length. I think that we can improve his defense as well, teach him to become a true pest on D with those long arms reaching into passing lanes ALA a player like Franklin, Polee or Kawhi. If he wants to be the next Kawhi, that is definitely a selling point for him to come here, although it's obviously hard to compete with the blue bloods for a 5 star recruit. He certainly has the athleticism and skill to be a first round draft pick and become a role player, or even a starter in the league; the question is will he be willing to put in the work to get there.
