6'5' wing that can score and slash, not known for his defense. I am pretty sure he is a former LA HS POY from Birmingham HS. Teamed with UNM player and Utah transfer Vante Hendrix in HS. Both started off as PAC12 players, Utah and AZ and end up in the MWC.

Like it.
He got pushed out when they got Baker over us, now we could get him instead.
What's interesting to me is if you compared Doutrive to Baker, they are very similar, but the stats favor Doutrive. Love the rebounding #'s and the 3PT%. Apparently Doutrive struggled on defense whereas Baker is supposed to be very good there so seems like Baker has the edge there. Hopefully a year sitting out learning the Aztec defense would do him well. He certainly looks athletic enough.

So is his home town Dallas but attended HS in LA area lives with his guardian ? . May want to return to the CA area. Saw the reports that he is not noted for Defense but does well on the offensive glass for rebounds . 57 FT % could be area to work on also

So, with the new NCAA rules, he will be available immediately? The article didn’t mention anything, that’s why I’m asking.

believe article says he sits 1 and has 3 to play- not a hardship case - so could play starting with 2020-21 season - when Jordan and Matt are seniors plus the 2 senior guards we will have

Both Hendrix and Doutrive will most likely end up in the MWC and palying significant minutes. Sit 1, play 3.

Quick question for the group, is Doutrive's visit this weekend? Or was it last weekend.
June visits to SDSU Butler - committed Doutrive - June 22/23? Evans - June 28/29

is D D visiting next week . Wow, the language in this article really seems like the writer has a thing against SDSU. "San Diego State used to be one of the top mid-majors in the country" "Arizona played San Diego State every year from 2012 to 2015, and won all four games"

"San Diego State used to be one of the top mid-majors in the country" "Arizona played San Diego State every year from 2012 to 2015, and won all four games" There are a few responses from this post or one like it, calling SDSU "the JV of West", "a school of has been's", one ironic post saying "he will get paid less (at SDSU)" But mostly AZ fans were unhappy to see him go. This one summed up fan response: "He outplayed practically everyone when he was in...only dude that got offensive rebounds...Miller really screwed the pooch on this guy...I really liked him and his effort" Bottom line, we should be happy to get him, elite scorer, needs to work on defense, but can rebound at 6'5" Jamaal'ish.

Those are true statements. Eh the schtick is tired bruh It ain’t schtick. Uncomfortable or not, there is nothing inaccurate (or inherently negative) about those assertions.
