yes Valentine did play for WSU . Any further word from CU about the recruits they have also brought in lately ? Would Koby McEwen be a sit 1 and play 3 ?. Wonder who CU would prefer ?

is it do or die for Dutcher and staff . No but sure would be nice to have some positive news on the recruiting front if he chooses SDSU . Nice to be in the final 2 but it boils down to winning or losing the final battle. If not then signing quality guard for 2019 becomes very important . Any one know where the coaches think Adam S will be best fit for the Aztecs ? PG or SG . If PG could Jordan S move to SG or even Matt M. Or what are chances of the coaches signing the PG from Mission Bay ?
Many transfers are coming off the board - and they have the final decision . There are numerous but quality guys do decide and they are gone For HS guys there is a while as they play more AAU events to boost their status

So do you think we’d rather take Boogie or Flynn long term? Looks like it may come down to whoever commits first, which would make me think Flynn since Ellis’ stock seems to be rising.

Boogie would be for 4 years - starting in 2019- but would guess he wants to see what other offers he can get as he plays various AAU events . So would not expect real early signing for him . Would be a learning curve first year then see how good he will be in the following years 2 to 4 ?. Malachi - knows we want him but seems that he is waiting for the other schools to decide if they want him more then other guys . So we wait on his decision . Malachi is a sit one and then play 2 . Does have PAC experience

Insane grab by Dutch and staff! Let's let the X Thames comparisons begin.
Malachi Flynn as a Sophomore at WSU:
15.8 pts, 51.1% eFG, 2.04 ASST:TO, 84.6% FT%
X Thames as a Senior at SDSU:
17.6 points, 47.8% eFG, 2.28 ASST:TO 83.4% FT%
However, biggest difference (offensively) is that X Thames went to the line twice nearly twice as often. Malachi only gets to the line about once per 4 shot attempts, where X got to the line once per two shot attempts. Mostly because Malachi takes more 3's than 2's.

Nice work, I suspect that he will work the PnR at State and that he can get open threes or go to the rim like X did his senior year.

Campbell leaving could be the linchpin in signing PG Flynn.

Good stuff. A very good player on both ends of the court. Will likely be our go to guy when he hits the court based on his isolation numbers.
