So last night I goes to a Jazz game and it finally dawns on me, the only black people I see, from my vantage point, are on the court. Just the same, there ARE NO empty seats. We're talking
NBA in dumpwater USA, folks.
Meanwhile, as a San Diego honk, I find myself faced with the prospect of another trip to the Goodwill, first, having already dumped the bulk of my Charger memories, and then once again to dump a significant part of my Aztec memories. All in the span of less than a year and a half.
Only in f**king San Diego. 
Meanwhile, I'm seriously contemplating, (for the moment anyway) spending the day in San Diego to attend a BBQ for the baseball team at Tony Gwynn for "Aztec Lifers".
Like the divorcing couple that wants to spend some QT with the kids before the divorce is final. |
