Congratulations to the LA White Horns for winning the NFC West after going 4-12 last season, (shades of the 2004 Chargers). The QB of the future was a BRILLIANT draft maneuver, and the HC seems to be a keeper for "many, many" seasons, (shades of Terry Donahue). Regarding the Carson Bolts, a great season after a slow start, it's been awhile since game 16 actually mattered. (Be interesting to see if the game against the Oakland/Las Vegas Raiders will actually be a sellout). It will also be interesting when the new stadium opens in LA. I can see the White Horns borrowing a line from a song by the 70's rock group "Sparks".... "This town ain't big enough for the both of us..and it ain't me who's gonna leave!"Regarding San Diego football...(yawn).

Oh wait....I forgot....two top twenty teams collide in the "on the clock" Holiday Bowl. Can't forget that.

And now, $panos and the boys get to stay home and watch the Rams in the playoffs. Glorious.

The dog that wags the NFL’s tail is TV, and frankly there is no way this franchise can continue in the LA market if they keep putting up abysmal ratings. If there are more 3-5 ratings in the next couple of seasons, the NFL may need to step in and make an adjustment. Advertising $$’s drive the brand.
