Wow. SDSU opened as an 11 point favorite over NIU. We all saw how that went.

I am hoping that this is the game we start to figure out how to dominate. I fear this game because we are due for a game like we had against NIU where we don't get the game changing plays to save us.
We seem to gear up against big name opponents. We need to start doing that with everyone on our schedule.

Rosales should hopefully be back by next week, That alone will help the entire o-line quite a bit. If Holder is in for the entire game, that too will be helpful for Chapman. Some of what happened last night was not on coaching - or even players. Sometimes things happen that you can't predict. While we knew Rosales wouldn't be in there because of his injury, we didn't know just how much he had held that line together until last night when he wasn't in there. It was a huge difference.

This is one instance where I feel I'd put some serious coin on us to cover.

We held them to 124 TOTAL yards last year. Need to do the same. Do we have an offense to produce points right now though? I'd take the over.

Definition of a trap game and we're beat up. Rosales isn't a guarantee, and even if he does he could play poorly like at AF.
It's been 4 tough weeks, and we play a good running team. Wouldn't surprise me in the slightest if this is close.
Vegas is pretty smart.

I never think about 'dominating'. I will be happy if we win. Win pretty or ugly, get lucky; who cares. Just win.

I'm hearing comments like 'good running team' and 'pretty smart'... you guys realize we're playing UNLV this week, right? If Howard can beat UNLV, I feel like we should be able to name our score. That ten point spread is shocking to me. I would've guessed 18-20.
edit: just realized the guy calling vegas pretty smart was talking about the industry, not the university. My bad.

Hopefully the game does not turn into a shootout Agreed. Armani Rogers is a good QB, and could beat us with his legs if we don't keep him in the pocket.
