I just finished my reformation using suddenly fem products to go a long legs/arms body form similar to runners and cyclists. it makes my job very easy since it is cross-fit training like. I am around 140 lbs. I built speed, muscle and endurance in the process wearing/walking in high heels up to 6 inches helped my posture. I have full lung/swallowing, my hair and eyesite restoration and smoking enjoyment. look for videos at smokemjay on youtube. I am very happy. this is in dedication to my mom, a heavy ukrainian smoker u.s. naval nurse, who through my dad harassing her into quitting smoking resulted in her getting a brain tumor because of nicotine depravation shocked her brain killing her in 1981 when i was 15 and sister 13. my dad who was 5'8" 180 lost his life in 1992 to pancreatic cancer because he was fat. I was headed down the same path until my first of two phillippines trips with my then wife, now ex wife, caused me to lose fast 30 lbs total on two trips. one in 1997 and one in 2004 with my daughter born in 2000. I first polished my toes in 2011 in Aztec color red or pink. the second one was for my mom whose life was hell as a non smoker. my mom now lives in me as I added a female form. I shaved my legs and polished toes like my mom would had she not died. so mom, I LOVE YOU as your son, walter/jay/ mom Catherine shyka/ kay!!!!!!!!!!!!!! |

Finally! Someone actually bringing something positive to this site instead of just tearing down the program.
We'll look back on this day after our National Championship run this season. It was the day Dutcher decided to hold all practices in high heels 👠We'll be playing above the rim most of the time with our added calf muscles.
Word has always been that state has real "shoe game". This adds a whole new dimension to that!!
I'm "pumped" for the season to start!

update: my sleeping parents are living inside me and are waiting to be reborn and resurrected. I have contacted a priest at st. therese parish for help. yes, the media will be contacted so that everyone in the future can witness it. my parents names were walt hall: father and kay hall aka Catherine shyka: mother.
