Scout has the 6'8 190 PF moving up on the charts and interest from Nevada, BSU and U Dub so far. He is a sophomore with upside.

I always have to hold my enthusiasm for a real stud from San Diego area because if they keep going up in "stars", then the likelihood that we'll get them goes down. I love that we got Kell but that was atypical. Would love to get a nationally highly coveted local player once so it would be a more normal and set the stage for future local recruits.

I'm hoping to get a look at him. One of my old teammates coaches for Gamepoint. Not sure which age group he coaches but all of their teams should be in Dallas this weekend for the Adidas tournament.

Getting national exposure for the Sophomore. Mike Dunleavy's now at Tulane and recruiting out of So Cal, he is looking at a number of west coasters and SDSU prospects.

JMO Coaches Brian Dutcher and Dave Velasquez were at the Adidas Uprising in Texas this past weekend, aztec coaches were spotted at three of the four games for local AAU team Gamepoint Basketball watching the 6'10 sophomore and 6'0 PG Taurus Samuels. |

Impressive for a 16 year old to advance this much over the summer. Both an inside game and an outside shot. Built like Malik Pope and can handle the ball and pass it. Tape from Dallas and Atlanta Adidas tournaments. I would like the Aztecs to sign this kid.
