Wish him the very best, and hope he does make the Chargers roster! I'll say this, and I really mean it from the heart, "If, the rest of the Aztec offensive team had played like Chad Young had when he was with them I would bet that they would have won 10-11 games every year. No Doubts!" He was a winner!

I was at the Spud Bowl, and watching the UB Corners turn their backs to Chad as he rolled in on them was a just amazing thing to see. No one on the Buffalo team (Including Mack) wanted ANYTHING to do with that guy that day.

Chad would be welcome on my team whatever game we're playing. I love his hustle and competitive drive.

Mark this thread Chad young makes the team as the 4th back. The Chargers have made an effort to bring in nasty guys and chad is nasty. I see the Chargers using a lot of the information this year. I agree, they seem to definitely be bringing in guys who can hit and play very physical and they need guys who can block. He's gonna get in over Donald Brown. Oliver can play the role of Gordon's backup.

That makes sense why no roster spot he is trying out with no contract. Slim to none he makes it though. But wish him well.

his senior year, Chad Young was the epitome of a football player, he destroyed defenses with his blocking

Chad just needs an opportunity! If he's given a chance, he will turn heads. Love his motor and drive to not only make opposing defenders look bad, but to also break their will in the process.

If Chad Young can show he can contribute on special teams, FG Unit, the Chargers might keep him around. Honestly I don't think he will take Donald Brown's spot however, due to all of the injuries the backfield suffered last year the Chargers may make room for him.
Chad does have excellent football instincts and he can take on LB's. I hope he makes it!
